Just to be clear, by create and produce you mean we can design wholesale new War-Walker designs (up to but not including Titan size), not just build/recover/refit pre-existing patterns/designs, correct?

Edit: Oh, and just to be clear on the Titans here; I am not using the piddly widdly UwU waddler sizes here. Scout Titans start at 50m, not 17m, and Emperor-Class fuckers are [Must Be At Least This Tall To Qualify -->1.5km] sized.

Well now I have the Titan theme from FFXIV stuck in my head.
If we show up with one of those the Black Ash will probably only fight becaise honor demands it.
I know it's something barely related, but this reminded me about probably the most glorious piece of 40k fan content I've ever seen.

Yeah, Alectai's got it. There's a few things you need to compete on the actual galactic stage to win the critical fights. Super-soldiers, battleships, psykers worth a damn and ultraheavy armor - with titans being the best and most common example.
We've got 2/4 of those and know how to get battleships. So let's get titans, then grab battleships. Somewhere in there (as soon as we grab all-X probably) we unify with the Shipwright's, Lords of Eternity and Watchtower Confederacy.
Then we do the mother of all military build-ups to face the cults. And Titans are a key part of that.
