Both these two pass. As much as it's less potent than 3x Clairvoyance, it should still be worth observing the results. Not to mention both have defensive measures.

And of course for this one, the combo feels good with FastTrack and Steadfast helping each other, and Bulwark just an overall good support alongside Millions Minefield.

Best defensive support build in my opinion, all the supportive abilities of Zeno without his squishyness. It's also the best type of tank in that it forces people to engage with them lest they continue their space shenanigans.

THE BEST CLARIVOYANT.

Memoria allows for keeping track of pictures and teleporting to them.

ISpy can tag people, so then the people could teleport to each other. She also allows for sense sharing; which could be transferred to being able to turn the photos into dioramas.

Chatroom brings the 5 and 12 limit for the previous two up to UNLIMITED PEOPLE, as long as they're in range. She also combos well with iSpy, allowing for the chatroom to be a mini-Stage.

And Mister Hunch would allow anything to be transformed into a way to connect to the instantaneous psychic network. Awesome.

As the guy who made it, the hope is that the Potency + the super guaranteed Clari allows for a psychic on the level of Valkyrie or 4-6 Member Catch-22. Since it has higher potency, the linking of Chatroom could also allow for psychic attacks!

Honestly my only real worry for it is that it leaves one physically vulnerable. Sure it has Invisibility and Teleportation, but get past that and the user is screwed. Then again, I guess that sorta thing tends to be a danger to keep in mind with Moon River and Monarch as examples (both of whom are Potency 13)

Oh my the potential drama between Nora and Ellie will be the thing of tv/anime dramas as things develop.

Ten bucks Menagerie Witch makes a betting pool.
1 to 10 odds they become bitter rivals
1 to 20 odds they eventually bury the hatchet
1 to 30 odds Mona eventually adopts the introvert
1 to 40 odds Ellie punches Mona
1 to 50 odds they get into a physical fight and then make up, shonen style.
1 to 60 odds Mona fails to befrend Ellie and they stay stay teammates but not friends.
1 to 70 odds Ellie adopts Mona instead.
1 to 80 odds they somehow end up together.
1 to 100 odds they end up together and go on a double date with Monas Mom (also the most embarrasimg of the odds)
1 to 200 odds Menagerie Witch will get killed by the two if they find out of this. (Added by Lady Leizi, because she finds it amusing).

Other bets include:
1 to 50 odds Opale strangles Lady Leizi for her poor financial choices.
1 to 100 odds Ladi Leizi starts to date Mendicant/Wolong
1 to 200 odds she starts dating both.
1 to 500 odds that Dr. Mammoth Iblis starts dating. (No success)
1 to 750 odds that Dr. Mammoth Iblis Starts dating (Succesful)
1 to 1000 odds Dr. Iblis and co. Convince Lady Leizi to join game night/watch Magical girl anime with them.

I suppose that this plan's method of defense would be like Augur's: foreseeing anybody who'll even try and mess with them beforehand and then getting rid of them before they become a problem.

While we were given a good start towards telekinesis, I don't think that's actually what we want as far as psionic synergies are concerned.

Do all algernnons create tech bio or metal? Could they also be economics or philosophers?

Do other nations have operatives active in Horizon like Europe Africa China?
Why did onkly the US try taking ovcer Horizon? Actually athey aiming ot conntrol Horizon or Elysium?

Most of these I can't answer for plot reasons or I haven't yet fully fleshed out reasons.

Algernon-types can be in any field.

Keywords: [Clairvoyance] x3, [Ally Empowerment] x2, [Elemental Manipulation], [Mental Manipulation], [Energy Manipulation], [Solar Absorption], [Invisibility], [Flight]

In addition to a combo that almost guarantees [Fundamental Force Manipulation], this set has triple [Clairvoyance] and double [Ally Empowerment] in addition to Mental Manipulation which in my head could be work as a psychic telepath maybe?
