For that we would have to stop grav weapons halfway. Or make no new gear. Plus, shouldn't we focus on preserving Spatha's lucidity as much as possible?

At this moment we need the remaining iron Halo's and the Crozius Arcanum for the Chaplains the Refuge is nearly done so we have a focus next turn its just Repair and dreadnought Research
To contact them, you do so previously to the campaign in a 0.5 post, like in the Lezoan Campaign.
As of now no. When you get more Apothecaries and Chaplains they may open.
None, on account of being a repair job.
