Loyalty is its own Reward (A Traitor Legion Chapter Master Quest)

I am concerned with goldagit spreading the word around of us being a proiber foight to other ork bosses

That will bring more them to us

@ThunderOwl are there any notable factions in the Luxeran and Galilean sectors? Like how Legio Felicitor is in the Cassioan sector
There is an order of Sisters of Battle in the Luxeran Sector, the Order of the Thousand Wounds, and a Knight House, House Esclabor. In the Galilean Sector there is another of Sisters of Battle, the Order of the Crescent Moon, and a powerful Rogue Trader House, House Doge Di Leone .
@ThunderOwl will we eventually be able to ether construct or buy vanguard class light cruisers, they are basically the space marines answer to the Dauntless class light cruisers
Probably.

... if we told them some of what they got wrong and how to fix it, would it be heresy?
It wouldn't be heresy technically, but neither Deathwatch nor the Ordo Xenos would like that. As for the Space Marine info, it would also be VERY frowned upon.
@ThunderOwl can we ask Smilnay to construct ships for us or do we have to go to Milan for that. Could we also ask Smilnay to help us expand our orbital ring
You can ask them.

Convince the showrunners to introduce a great crusade era marine preaching the Imperial Truth and get everyone involved killed for heresy against the God Emperor :V

Huh. I take it them losing a battle barge in this campaign is gonna be a bit of a hit to them in that case then? Even more than it would be for us that is.
While ThunderOwl has confirmed that the Angels Crusader have multiple Battle Barge's and that their flagship is a different Battle Barge, loosing a battleship class vessel still sting terribly. Not only that but since they don't have a planet, all of their supplies, vehicles, arms and gene seed are on their ships. In fact, you can look at the first deployments on Yerma Tertius and you can see all of the vehicles that Crusaders can deploy, then for the space battle over Primus where the Crusaders lost so many ships, they lost so much of their vehicle pool, including 2 Land Raiders which are relics by their selves.

So yeah, them loosing a Battle Barge hurts a lot more than us. Sure, we only have one Battle Barge but the Crusaders future is tied to their ships. Which is why I think it'd be a wise move to give that captured Battle Barge to the Crusaders since our of all the Space Marine Chapters here, they've lost the most. It'll make us look good if we support them in this endeavor and hopefully tick that hidden modifier they've got in our favor.

We already owe Smilnay so many favors, I'd rather build our orbital ring ourselves.

I Agree, they lost 3 Land Raiders, around 35 deathwing terminators, an epistolary (which is especially hard hitting for a fleet based chapter as they're responsible for providing large scale communications during campaigns) and 2 codiciers. Plus from the writing it seems that the deathwing is starting to at least begrudgingly respect us, so the best option is letting them have the Battle Barge

We are 2 mayor and 6 minor favor in debt to Smilnay lets just expand the ring at a slow pace

Also we should use Blas' honorbound favor in the future

Well, it will be "win-win situation"😉😆

Orks will be happy, because "proppa foight"

Mist Shrikes will be happy too, because "more Xenos to kill"
Yeah but I'd rather the orks focus on other xenos or ever better chaos instead of us.

I mean the whole point of the orbital ring was so we would have to be less beholden to smilnay in the future and we already owe them so I'd hold off on that. By the way are we still planing on trying to be neutralish and not use either forge world to instead be self sufficient or have we firmly picked a side?

Good point, I forgot about the honorbound favor we have with the Lord Sector. I'd rather we use that favor to be given some extra BP to add to our income.

@ThunderOwl quick question what exactly could we ask of Blas if we use the HonorBound favor?
Well, various things. For one you can ask him for recruits or BP from Lezo or another world on the sector and he can get them for you, and can also be used as a sort on a "joker" favour, in the sense that you can use him as an intermediary with factions like the Ecclesiarchy, Forgeworlds or Navy/Guard for things they have in, and instead of them earning a favour from you he "pays the bill" so to speak. In both of these cases the favour being Honorbound just gets you more of it/allows you to ask bigger favours, but there is an option that you get for it being Honorbound, which is getting him to help run interference against a more powerful Imperial Faction in case they start investigating into you (Inquisitors, Older Space Marine Chapters....). It does have limits, if something like a First Founding Chapter or, Emperor-forbid, a Custodes starts making inquiries he is going to step aside, but it is useful against other people.

...In that case, I say we hold onto that favor just in case other factions start investigating us.

We are more need of that barge then they are like you said they have multiple

We have only one and would have to go in favor debt to get more or wait a long time Before we have a indrustry output to make one ourselfs

plus a extra barge will be good against the raids

I get that, as earlier in the thread I wanted to keep the Battle Barge for ourselves as well but then I saw that most of the Crusader's fleet got destroyed in the fight over Primus. I think giving them a Battle Barge will salve any sort of anger they might have.

We also have a minor favour from the Lord Sector

Also I think the honorbound could be used to get more vehicles
I'd rather just use the minor favor for some extra BP but keep that honorbound favor for a rainy day or if we get investigated. We don't know when we'll ever get another favor that big over the Lord Sector.

I think you see ghost where there are none if they show anger to anything it will be on lusignan for his mishaps

We already gave them a ship we won and are fighting with courage valor and success that is inough to win them over

So lets be a little selfish for once and take a much needed asset

I'm not seeing ghosts, I'd rather just tick that hidden modifier the Crusader's have in our favor so we have another friendly chapter in our area.

Guide to the Planets of the Aetelian Sector: Baicabia
Name: Bacabia

Classification: Agri World

Administratum Tithe: Decuma Prima

Capital: Bacabia Prima

Population: 5
Billion

Day Cycle Duration (In terran standard): 40 Hours

"Hunger is just another enemy of Mankind and shall be defeated like any other." A common slogan of many of the Bacabian Food Conglomerates.

"Wait that Iceballs an Agri-World?" A common reaction to Bacabia.

The iceball world of Bacabia was said to have been discovered by the Imperium nearing the end of the great crusade before the beginning of the Horus Heresy. It was the homeworld of a minor xenos race which had only barely developed into an interplanetary species. The original intention was to wipe them out but the Horus Heresy scuppered such plans, and the race was instead forced to become a protectorate of the Imperium. This uneasy relationship would last for a millennia, but during this time the Imperium and Imperium backed individuals would slowly violate the agreement between itself and the natives of Bacabia. A state of affairs which eventually resulted in the native xenos launching a rebellion against the Imperium, which provided the Imperium the pretext to dissolve the treaty and conquer the world. The world was subsequently conquered and its native population exterminated.

Today the world is inhabited by Human colonists and almost all traces of the planets previous inhabitants have been eradicated. The planet of Bacabia is an iceball world. Located far from its sun, near the entire surface is covered in a thick layer of ice with only certain patches being sparred due to regular geothermal plumes which melt the surface ice and create for the world a thicker atmosphere as well as the heat of the worlds core cooling the planet wide oceans. In contrast to its unwelcoming appearance Bacabia is home to a wide variety of chemosynthetic life. This results in the planets main export, that being the variety of food sources harvested from the planets native animal life, the world is an agri-world which specialises in creating vast underwater farms for the planets native life. Harvesting them and exporting them to the greater Imperium.

The planet is governed by an oligarchic system, controlled by a variety of harvesting guilds, corporations, and wealthy elites. Who control many of the planets lucrative sources of food stuffs as well as the export of such to the greater Imperium. They operate under a federal republican system, with the world being divided among several colonies which control certain regions, with the oligarchs of each convening in the capital of Orthin Prima to come to decisions and elect one of their own to act as the Imperial Governor. The majority of the population of the planet work for these oligarchic collectives, inhabiting various icebound or floating settlements on the surface which host the majority of the planets population. The Bacabians are known to be simple and honest folk, but are not stupid, and will often utilise their reputations to their advantage.

Trivia:

-The planet was one of the many subject to Boshinese extortions when that was Sector policy. Causing much ill will from both the oligarchs and commoners alike. This was until the treaties were rendered null and void, and any Boshinese who were still on the planet were captured, stripped naked, and thrown into the freezing oceans. Except for the children.

-The planets local Imperial Cult is unusual, as it is a bizarre tradition dominated by monastic communities and the practice of intentionally subjecting ones self to freezing temperatures as a means of self discipline and purging weakness. With some going so far as to encourage their members to live outside of the heated habitats with the belief that it purifies ones soul and can have several health benefits. This naturally results in any deaths.

-Bacabia is unique in that almost all of the food exports which the world exports are wholly native to the planet. Opinions on the food exported from Bacabia are mixed, on the one hand, they are viewed as not particularly tasty, on the other, they are not offensive to the human tongue. Bacabian cooks are known to make high quality meals however.

-Bacabians are known to be highly clannish, with highly tight knit communities existing among both the commoners and the oligarchs. However exogamy is mandatory among them as to prevent inbreeding.
