In and out of itself Otto's death seems like it'd be doing us a solid. Guy is likely to develop into a huge pain up our bum. I'm more concerned about how Viserys might react to his death.

Ideally if we could kill Otto + Daemon + Larys Strong we'd be pretty well set.

Daemon killing Otto does probably result in him becoming attainted and an enemy of the crown. Hmm

Hmmm. Like, yeah, as I said before, I don't wish Otto dead, because Alicent. I still don't know what a dragon hop to Dragonstone would achieve, though. We have literally nothing with which to sway Daemon's mind.
Mr. Second Most Sexist in Westeros* will never be happy with Rhaenyra inheriting, even if she married Aegon II or something. I think he's unfortunately an insurmountable obstacle to any kind of happiness with Alicent.

There's plenty misogynists more from where he came from and who would take his place, but there is only one father of our prospective girlfriend. It would probably hurt Alicent way more than it would convenience us.

Otto is an interesting figure and probably one of the characters I generally enjoy the most in HotD. If Alicent marries Viserys he will absolutely make your life hell. That's not really a spoiler, if Alicent Marries Viserys, he has so many reasons to want you removed from the sucession.
But again, Alicent marrying Viserys is not locked in.

Considering that Alicent has been watching Rheanyra training and getting dirty and sweaty for hours at a time I would say that is a little more than "thoughts"...
TBH the only reason that I didn't go for something along the lines of an "I'll be in my bunk" joke is because Alicent and Nyra both are minors, and going for that route would have been pretty tasteless...
