They probably share or even surpass us in math. But, 99% of the culture stuff yeah we're basically gonna need to import some libraries. I wonder how fast a united government with people of centuries of experience in their jobs can facilitate learning and making new programs for learning.

I remember asking and you said that we could buy some features later, particularly size upgrades.
Because I've been designing my Hell on the basis that we dont start at full size, but can buy size upgrades at E4 and E5.
Or via plot events.
I don't recall saying that, but if I did at some point it stands, I do not like ret-conning things. That said the reason I want the size to be fixed is that once it is a place you can go to actually making more of it in real time would do odd things to the history and the fact that it has from an internal perspective been there for quite some time.

Yes any topics that are universal I would expect our world to be far in advanced.

- High performance computing (we no longer need to worry about taking over a server farm)

- Basically anything where we currently have some idea of how to model something I expect our hell has the tech to make better models and predictions from everything to economy to weather. We could set up a program letting us know where the fairy courts are based on where the weather patterns diverge from the predictions. Or see financial crises coming.

- Can only speculate but I expect that our hell will have figured out how a minor talent can get the most possible out of their gift. Billions of partitioners are practising for thousands of years and sharing their findings. They likely have group rituals the White Council has never even thought of as possible.

Broken Seeker is going to be relatively nearby when we acquire the Charm, and he's going to detect something vast and metaphysically significant coming from us. I would be interested in his reaction to that. I imagine the sensation will be quite alarming, to say the least.

If your hell has computers it is not going to work on anything even vaguely like earth-standard binary, nevermind the programming languages. Porting over games would be no small challenge, though one your cyberdevils would be uniquely skilled at.

I mean in fairness as long as its sourced from earth materials we could just patent our own stuff even if it'd take time to spread on earth. I imagine a lot of stuff will likely still run on base 10 assuming at least a couple species have 10 fingers too.
Also since the world is at least inspired by us to some degree I imagine English written and spoken is a thing there right?

Actually human computers doesn't run on based 10 except at a high layer of abstraction. Math dictates the most efficient computing works with powers of two at the lower levels.

Which already could be detected through the various thresholds across the world and gave a large amount of practitioners nightmares for a period of time as a side effect. The creation of a planet sized realm which is physical made retroactively with large populations, history and more is going to create the sort of impact not seen for billions of years. It's going to be so noticeable as to be blinding in all honesty.

Personally this seems like bogus to me assuming math works the same way in our hell. But if you want to fudge it you can.
It is inspired by Molly, but not necessarily by the things she consciously knows/is aware of. The Hell will reflect her soul, her fears and desires, not her math skills. I will say this much, you will be able to speak the language of your hell if it has a population since it is yours.
I don't remember that, but as a way to handle this, maybe conquering other realms / hells could be a way? Ie the size would increase not retroactively, but in real time, by attaching and terraforming new realms Molly gets dominion of?
Though, again, I don't recall that particular statement one way or another.
This is the world soul of a nascent demiurge, it specifically mentions in the text of the very laws of nature might be different..

On the one hand, the laws of nature should be different in a nascent Primordial, since they make their own rules by definition.
On the other hand, you should not take this to the logical extreme of Molly's world and reality having so fundamentally different rules that people, technology and other things from one simply don't work in the other, because that's no fun.

Wouldn't be surprised if Uriel swings by to deliver a fruit basket from God, as a sort of 'welcome to the club' gift. If so, I hope it's one of those edible arrangements, with chocolate-dipped strawberries and stuff. Maybe some sliced caramel-covered apples from the Tree of Knowledge?
Ternary computing is a real thing, and was actually more efficient at some point. Soviets pursued it early in the computer development history. So, for a civilization that has different history, different physiology, and access to magic? yeah, I can buy them having something very alien.
