If we could fit in a powerful enough generator and fuel we could include lazer turrets.
 
Reminder we have technology 2, we can make very good current year stuff. We can make that stuff preform better then anyone else. But we are still limited to building stuff that can theoretically be made with present day off the shelf parts, or at most custom ordered parts by anyone else.

We can go a bit beyond when it comes to material science though. Or at least we can make the sort of gold plated solutions that even the most extreme pro military lobbies would balk at proposing.

Any value in making the armor plating a perfect magnet on top of it other properties? Because if there is we can do it.

I don't want to do both. Better to make one really great car then 2 good.

-[x] Powered by a nuclear reactor this helicopter can fly all the way around the world if it needs to, of course given the price of the radioactive materials needed for fuel it is unlikely to be used that often. It's hexagonal honey comb paneling of one way mirrors mean that the passengers have no blind spots even without the high tech sensor system. Of course the armor isn't just for looking through, but is capable of bouncing just about all anti air weapons.

that seems like a dubious claim since they can drop a even billion for an f35.


anyway, my suggestion would be to ask DP if we can flash buy alchemy three and get the super metal formula to make it. That seems like an ideal one.

I mean the ideal would be primium but we are not a mage despite all our bullshit
 
You know the current thinking is that 6th generation fighter jets are going to be command vehicles for armies of air born drones. We could make the 6the generation come early.

Plus getting Prince of Ruin Attitude to allow us to use it with a empty or missing fuel tank.

Edit: That video is 2 years old they have made a lot of progress since then. Will post after watching.

They made a bunch of better in-between using the backpack but of 2 months ago they have a cordless light pike.

Harry might like it, but our current sword is better. The end of the video also talked about ways that they could reduce the size to 2 feet long so Molly the super crafter can likely get it down to one foot.

I mean a star wars lightsaber though not that stuff. I've seen the video its not like that cuts steel like butter which is what I want. Which I'm sure exalted can do.

Well I guess we could make it use a tiny nuclear reactor* to make a blade of green fire. What do you think Harry's radiation tolerance is?

Or make some sort of focus for Harry's fire spells.

*Something some guys on YouTube are never going to get the permits for.

I'm fairly sure there are exalted abilities to make magical blades I think your looking too much into science. Give it to harry on his birthday which will most likely have actual action take place.

My Heavy has laser hardkill turrets as anti-RPG defenses.
Thats in part why the vehicle has a hybrid-electric powertrain with a high-density battery and capacitors, with the other reason being acoustic stealth.

I mean, when a vehicle powerplant has a power output of around 800kw or higher, pulling around 100-200kw of that for death rays is fairly straightforward.
The first tests of tactical antimissile lasers in the anti-mortar/antirocket role were done in the 1990s and 2000s

Well yes we actually in point of fact wield one right now. I figured that you wanted something that we could make with our current crafting skill.

Why?
He's not exactly a great swordsman, and for most wizards getting into CQC against a hostile supernatural is a situation to be avoided as much as possible anyway, because most supernaturals have much better physical stats than a wizard.

Harry's a big guy, but thats a pretty hard rule in the Dresden Files for anyone not running high-tier enhancement magics.
He's almost been killed multiple times by getting into CQC with a supernatural and finding out that the graceful looking slim woman over there can literally outmuscle him without breaking a sweat.

What we actually need to make him is a Warden sword for counterspelling/cutting through hostile magic.
And a backup armor vest to go under his trenchcoat.
But that has to wait till we have either Enchantment or Exalted Crafting.

Well that rules out Glorious Solar Saber. But that's a solar charm anyway.

I can't find an name artifact weapon that is called light saber, but many people on forum say that it shouldn't be hard to make.

Because its a dream of his duh so against giving gifts to friends uju? I mean aside harrys kept stuff like knives on him at times. It doesn't have to be a great combat tool its more to let harry have a childhood fantasy for the manchild that he is.

Remember that runes aren't completely divorced from the materials that they're made on/with. In one of the short stories Marcone has a rune carved bullet for killing magical threats that she made for him. She explains that she can't just casually replace it since it requires a bullet that was used in the death of someone important as the base.

    -[x] You remember an old TV show about an Airwolf, a helicopter with lots of hidden weapons. You can do better, bumping it up to squad size and incorporating modern stealth technology and noise cancelation.

Friends dont let friends select weapons on the basis of coolness.
If all you wanted was to give him a replica lightsaber, those have been on the market for decades. Go ahead.
An actual weapon is a whole different matter.


Harry doesnt fight with knives.
He goes out of his way to fight primarily at range, with handgun and magic.
If he has to engage at close quarters he uses his staff.

There's a reason why the six foot nine inches tall thirty year old dude avoids getting into hand to hand range.
We want him to be a living manchild, not a dead one.
