Why is important, if the one who did this is still around. Why can come later. For now the facts we know rather than think with a high degree of confidence but don't have details about is what she needs.

I am surprised how little killing Molly does. I didn't spend the time to read the discussion but I am not sure why the option was chosen to take the Akuma prisoners and foist them on the Library. I have an imperfect understanding of them but they hurt Molly's people and aren't they evil why don't the monsters get killed?
There was a number of factors, including "we have an officer of American law who we are trying to be friendly to looking right now".I am surprised how little killing Molly does. SCE also ends all mind control effects on the target in addition to banishing anything possessing them.I kinda agree that Lash, while she is a shadow in Dresden's head, is more of a mental construct than a real spirit, subsoul or demon in its own right.
If it does happen and we become aware of it we should make Dresden a beanie with the same style and materials as a maternity shirt. Then enchant it with an exalted grade anti-headache effect so that he'll actually wear it around.I dont want to scupper the Bonea subplot though, because I think its a fun complication to add to Harry's life.
I am sure she is a valid target.SCE also ends all mind control effects on the target in addition to banishing anything possessing them.
Lash is her own entity, but she also exists as part of an ongoing magical subversion of Harry's mind to at least some extent. She doesn't always use all the power she has over him, but it's still there.
So I think one way or another she's a valid target.
@DragonParadox, what exactly did we discover about the nature of Olivia's other power(s)? Telepathy/Empathy can encompass a lot of different effects. Is she merely receptive, as in potentially reading minds or emotions, or can she also project or influence them as well? Do her veils have a telepathic illusion aspect? Can she create more complex mind-affecting telepathic/empathic effects?
If it's only the former, I don't think she actually runs afoul of the Laws at all?
So fine as long as she is extremely careful to never aim them at humans.Mechanically Olivia is at 3/5 Psychic invisibility. If the other side of her power is as strong and she is a telepath she can do this, in all its law-breaking glory:
••• Psychics who reach this level start to look truly dangerous to their enemies. They can read recent memories and plans for the near future, as well as current thoughts, they can project strong, complex emotions, bits of memory, and can even project mental illusions. With many successes, they can cause one short action that the target wouldn't normally do, such as dropping a weapon during a fight.
Or if it is more inclined to shaping minds rather than just reading them
••• Delayed Action: Now the hypnotist can implant commands to be performed after the subject wakes from the trance. These commands are programmed to happen at a specific time, rather than immediately. The specifics of the commands are like in Sideshow Suggestions, but the difficulty is one higher. Each condition for triggering the command requires a success.
So fine as long as she is extremely careful to never aim them at humans.
The laws are generally good about that. Most things are perfectly fair game as long as you are picky about your targets. Even necromancy is OK so long as you don't mess with dead humans.
Well getting Inner Devils Unchained has become that little bit more urgent because Marcy is now demon bait for any possessing entity that wants to offer power.Squatting to be at eye level with a kid the better to talk to them is familiar enough, though not the part where you apologize for ripping out the only power Marcy ever had, even if it had been an illusion,
Listen, she just desperately needs a friend who is on her side.Well getting Inner Devils Unchained has become that little bit more urgent because Marcy is now demon bait for any possessing entity that wants to offer power.
This is interesting, and we should tell her about all of it since we're talking about her soul/mind here. The power to hide, which Olivia had grown so sick of is not the only magic is is capable of, it is one side of a scale and the other is... empathy or telepathy.
Technically yeah, but it gets you looked at funny. Something Dresden can take because as a full member he has rights before the council. Minor practitioners have less leeway. So fine as long as she is extremely careful to never aim them at humans.

Most monsters seem like they would be fairly easy to poke into an unthinking bloodlust. Which isn't normally the state of mind you want to deal with them in, but with also having great invisibility the monster also should have a harder time finding you. Also if dealing with multiple monsters bloodlusting them all is likely to be very useful. There's also the issue that a lot of the most common sort of monsters she's likely to see are very good at mental manipulation. Fighting them that way isn't necessarily a good idea.
What happens on a botch? Because that is a very important question to ask when giving a powerful weapon to a human.I mean if we can build her a rifle on the level of a autocannon stats, if not full auto. She would be doing 15+flat explosive agro damage I would pity anyone that came after her.
Miss fire. Presumably she takes some damage. That's not a big deal once we make healing potion for our operatives. Or get them from our world. What happens on a botch? Because that is a very important question to ask when giving a powerful weapon to a human.
