That's not a confirmation at all, though. A wan-kuei who has escaped from Kakuri would also know its touch.
A Wan Kuei who knows the touch of Kakuri but isnt an akuma wouldnt be in the entourage of an envoy from Kakuri.
This isn't bad for us, though. They are already implicitly acting against Winter by disputing the results of the conflict in which our exaltation was taken as a trophy of war. Drawing them into more active conflict with Winter is all the better for us, as long as we are not implicated as the initiator of said conflict.
