When could they use them though? Legendary grade clothing is sort of noticeable, and they aren't exactly the sort of people who have access to that quality of tailor.
Very well made clothes can be very understated.

It's really a shame she gave up magic, with her absurd willpower Charity was clearly the sort of "minor talent" that had the potential to knock over buildings. And it's not Michael's doing, but Charity's.
Just following her example
Yeah but the quality difference will still be apparent even if they're not covered in gems.
For Charity I am thinking a war hammer and/or power armor. For our other siblings, I am not sure. Maybe a book of deep lore for Daniel?Oh certainly that. It would make a great father's day/birthday/Christmas present. Also it actually helps him instead of just overshadowing him.
Although we don't actually have the charm to make Exalted grade tools yet. Just beyond the peak of mortal.
At the very least they could use them to go to church. as I understand it, you are supposed to wear your best formal attire there, and Charity seems to take socialization aspects of church seriously. Aside from that, Michael has to negotiate with his clients. Wearing a supreme suit would be to his advantage during those negotiations. When could they use them though? Clothing is well made if it serves it's intended function. In this case that would be being comfortable, looks good and maybe provides protection. Well tailored clothes doesn't actually look different beside fitting perfectly.Yeah but the quality difference will still be apparent even if they're not covered in gems.
Not the end of the world, but showing up to church looking like Bezos' tailor owes them a favor could be more trouble than it's worth. Not in terms of danger to us or something silly like that, just in terms of making trouble for Charity.
We should really be more careful with the deep lore stuff. Daniel is a nice kid, but he isn't capable of using that sort of information safely. For Charity I am thinking a war hammer and/or power armor. For our other siblings, I am not sure. Maybe a book of deep lore for Daniel?
I guess. I think Charity would have more issues with gossipy old church shrews than it's worth, but ultimately this isn't exactly a high stakes problem. At the very least they could use them to go to church. as I understand it, you are supposed to wear your best formal attire there, and Charity seems to take socialization aspects of church seriously. High quality tailored clothes are noticeable even so. Not everyone pays attention to that sort of thing, but that you're describing is one of those qualitative differences between business class formal wear and what the actually wealthy use.Clothing is well made if it serves it's intended function. If asked they just say that their daughter Molly made it for them. Being known to be a super tailor is hardly a problem. I was about to say that being known as tech wizard could be a problem, but then I remembered that we can delegate that to our cyber devils.High quality tailored clothes are noticeable even so. I don't think it's dangerous or anything, but it is worth noting.
We'll probably need to work more with Order of Cauldron, but yes a book / manual that aimes at maximizing one's small talent for magic (which apparently everyone is supposed to have in some way) could be a very useful project. Stuff like "spread it around SI" could have interesting long-reaching effects. We should really be more careful with the deep lore stuff. Rather than deep lore it'd probably be more useful to try writing something to allow for rituals that leverage what little talent all humans have to cast things. Probably enchantment or alchemy since it'd let him do his prep before hand and apply the skills to other stuff.
We know that this sort of thing is possible from when Butters became a knight of the cross, though he'd never be as good as someone with actual talent at the same task.
A book detailing all monsters including their powers, weaknesses and how to identify them would likely be better. We'll probably need to work more with Order of Cauldron, but yes a book / manual that aimes at maximizing one's small talent for magic (which apparently everyone is supposed to have in some way) could be a very useful project. You don't buy Divine Attributes, any more than we can buy Key Abilities. They're chosen at chargen and then fixed forever. And Lydia doesn't have Stamina picked. Here is an advantage Lydia has that we don't. Molly minuses ones on her soak rolls and I don't see anyway to avoid this no matter how high our soak gets. If Lydia buys Stamina as a divine attribute she doesn't.
Something I think the quest so far has borne out. Being tankier would be nice, but there's no contest between that and what we got with the crown of eyes.
Or we will manage to reduce the DC to the point that we don't actually need to roll.Probably could get a homebrew charm that lets us ignore 1s on soak rolls. Whenever we get the chance to use homebrew.
But we can buy key skills. That is one of the Infernal advantages over Solars. Costs 4 XP.You don't buy Divine Attributes, any more than we can buy Key Abilities.
No, we can buy an Excellency for 4 XP. That allows us to spend a point of essence to double our dicepool in a given Ability for a few rounds. We still don't ignore 1s. The first purchase of the Infernal Excellency only affects Key Abilities, but all of them at once, where all other Abilities need to have Excellencies bought separately. That's why the difference between Key Abilities and Abilities that only have an Excellency hasn't come up.But we can buy key skills. That is one of the Infernal advantages over Solars. Costs 4 XP.
@DragonParadox : Given that we now have a good way to go about making money is it possible that we could buy some resource dots at a heavy discount so we don't have to keep track of it anymore?
@DragonParadox
I don't know if you've answered that one before, but would the Banishment/Exorcism spell allow us to turn White Vamps human?
Unlike most vamps they are already very human and alive, just with a hunger-demon inside them, which is much closer to Formori than to WoD-vamps.
Also if that doesn't work because the union of human and hunger is too close to sever without killing them, would it work for White Court virgins then?
It only deals Lethal damage to former Formor.Yes Banishment would get rid of the Hunger, but you would need some way to heal the aggravated damage ripping it out would cause much like with a WoD fomor. A White Court Virgin on the other hand could be safely exorcised with no healing as their demon is not properly integrated into their body and soul yet.
It only deals Lethal damage to former Formor.
10 dice, at a rate of 1 die per minute to be excact.
That's even survivable if you are a lucky human. You can't soak it, but dice aren't levels, luckily.
It would only take relativly minor healing, like an alchemy-made potion to be sure to survive that.
