Would you Distort or manifest EGO?

In a sense, us going serious could help Kyoko get a distraction from her problems now.

And also, I kinda miss Lurker.

Usually he would be pulling up a whole list of mistakes rn.

I really think talking about Carmen is priority number one, remember, Kyouko has yet to hear her from what we know, we made sure to act before Carmen would talk to her to distort her.

Kyouko is more likely to be receptive to our warnings about Carmen being crazy than Homura because we are the one moving first here, we can paint her expectations any way we want instead of being passive and letting her take control of the tone when she decide to have a talk with Kyouko.

The more time we wait, the more initiative we lose on molding the narrative.

I'm with nottheunmaker. Koko needs to feel not only some control of her own life but validation (for herself) that she's actually worth things that Mami is giving her. She's...very touchy about generosity shown to her, seeing it as pity. She wants to earn things not be given them.

In regards to careful votes and Kyoko's mentality, isnt talking about Carmen just another way to move past it, since we would shift the current topic towards a problem for the whole family to work towards dealing with?

Seriously. Any of the vote not related to kyoko's problem would serve fine as a choice.

Carmen herself would fit given that she is an immediate danger and someone for us to push Kyoko's ire towards.

Give the girl some room to breathe, Some semblance of normalcy do wonders to a damaged psyche, Keep on going to a problem to the next can easily give her too much pressure and break the delicate glass hat bottles the flame.

Witch Patrol schedule is a little too much of avoiding the problems for my taste right now, sure it's important, but there are intermediate steps between going all in and pressing the button (which thankfully, no one is voting for), and just dropping anything related to what's happening, Carmen is not a subject that Kyouko will have any problems with since she wasn't involved in her distortion, and the sooner we warn her about this voice she can hear that will offer advices, the better we are.

The schedule can wait, Carmen could very well decide to happen this night if we don't do anything.

Hell, if she already talked to Kyouko we still benefits from learning that this is the case, and can still give warnings.

This conversation was to learn more about Kyouko, we won't get anywhere if we completely refuse to acknowledge any of her problems.

Give the girl some room to breathe

Talking about Carmen instead of diving for her trauma is already more than enough room for her to breath IMO.

It still distract her from her personal problem and allows her to watch the situation from the perspective of it being related to us instead of her.

And I see you voted for her while I was writing this, thanks you.

Hm. As expected of Carmen. So this is the power of the Carmen sweep.

Sasuga Carmen-sama. Everything is going just as you planned.

Now that I think about it, maybe Kyoko's upset because her memories are still screwed up from her time as NT. Remember how it didn't know about Mami's parents dying?

I don't think Kyoko is quite as upset about that part as she is about NT using her body as a way to harm Mami and co.

But that could be something to note down.

She 100% doesn't like someone using her face and hurting her friend and mimicing her behavior to bond with her besties

I meant that she may still remember Mami's parents being alive, as NT apparently did. Or that's what it sounded like, anyway - it really was surprised to learn that they're dead.

Yeah, traumatized child needs to think about anything except what happened to her right now.
