In the ck2 system, Prowess is the stat associated with someone's actual fighting skill, and Martial is ones ability lead and command an army. The Prowess stat was just added a few years later in an update to the game. It is in base game ck3 tho.Martial: This is how good you are at killing people with your own two hands. Also, in my experience Quests are signficantly less stressful to write than fanfiction because the voters are forced to share the blame for the direction it goes in.
