Actually, Meme, you just made me see something I didn't see earlier:

Cogito Fantasia: You scatter the clinging embers of the Seed of Light around you. These fragments of Light are only visible to you, and give some insight into the emotions of other beings within their reach. This Light can gifted through Lobotomy to grant the potential to unlock one's true self.

grant the potential to unlock one's true self.

We literally are an enlightenment distributor, we can give you your true self for the cheap, cheap price of maybe some side effects. :V

The position of head librarian matters because it means we have our own floor, floor that has been explicitly noted to obey us more than Angela, this is important no matter what.

It just means X has more power on his own floor. There is nothing about the Library suddenly having an extra feature with the arrival of X.

X: Hahaha! See? My plan for enlightenment is foolproof! Right, guys?
Angela: ...(*looks pointedly at the smiling Carmen and the awkward Ayin*)...
Carmen: That's great dear! I'm so proud of you!
Ayin: (*Slam his head into the table*) I am so so sorry X.
X: Dad?
Carmen: (*Menacingly approaches X from behind with a giant "Distortion" bat*)

...uhm.
I remember that I saw from somewhere that every single part of the scenery( Backgrounds of the floors) functions like it should, even the stuffs like a car, I forgot where I saw them, but...
Doesn't mean our floor will become a mini facility that can be used as a branch?

I think you are mistaking our floor's interdimensional portals for stuff.

The only one with Technology on their floor is Gabriel "Unga Bunga, what's a Jpeg" Yesod.

oh, neat.
Finally, my last point. the book of l corp exists and making the parts for the technology described in there will be trivial.

While that is fun and all, the Library don't have the materials to make them.

Back in the City, the Library had Light hax so it can just manifest things out of the light. But now that it's poor as hell, that's not possible.

Unless you want to go outside in the Outskirt to scavenge for materials...which is risky as fuck given the Library's current vulnerable status.

We have light on us, we made it and give Angela the right to use it and she will know how to do it, she after all, watch for a millennia of us failing again and again at doing so.

While I don't know any citation of this being the case, it isn't incompatible with what I know of the library, since it literally is an alternate universe that can do anything as long as it is to expand itself... Actually, let me check something....

*Fires up LoR and look at the Yesod discussion he was thinking about*

Yeah, Yesod doesn't say anything about the cars functioning, but he does make it quite clear that anything that can expand the library is fair game, and I can see making a mini facility that is actually ethical as something Angela would allow, meaning that it absolutely can happen.

meme thought that the children we send over will be the employee working at Those mini facility we made.
Again, no.
we'll be overworking Roland.

Honestly speaking. The only vote we have is the what to do with the soul gems vote.

Kyoko is basically a done deal already. There's absolutely no way people would support the Wings vote knowing what we know about them.
Well, I voted Wings, because I want to see the real Kyoko take part on the narrative, and not some weird distorted version of her.

And IMO people are way too worked up about this backfiring, it's not like every healing bullet you fire in LC gives your employees super cancer instead. The Wings are just corporations, they don't do pointless backstabbing. If we negotiate with them properly (i.e. don't blindly trust them like Roland did, lol), we can absolutely expect them to keep their word.

We could even seek out the unbooked Nemo's Office and cooperate with them to twist W Corp's arms.

If the head finds out that we are associated with the library, Angela will be fucked beyond belief.
And unless we want to sell some sort of Singularities or stuff like that to them, they likely won't want to work with us because we have no money.
As soon as W corp realized my first point they will fucking shoot the gun and run away as fast as they can.
Almost all the people that sits at the high command of a wing corporation are petty, arrogant, maybe not stupid but certainly lacks empathy.
And if they found out that they have an advantage to take they will take it in a heartbeat and never caring about the aftermath.(edit: at best they act like abel, at worst, they act like Adam)
They like to step on someone's broken leg for fun

The entire system is rife with that thought? W corp is in cohoots with T corp for their trains, everybody was ready to go and exploit as much of what L corp left behind, we have several references to patents wars between the corporations during the cane office part, L corp actually was responsible for one of such wars with the smoke wars, and the trick that was played on Roland about moving in the nest is very much painted as being the norm, not an exception, just look at the part of his memory just before were he basically enforce exactly the same kind of trick on the guy that will become Pluto.

The setting is an ultracapitalist dystopia, expecting the megacorps to negotiate in good faith is like expecting the moon to suddenly turn into cheese, it's not going to happen.

The project moon is ultra capitalis Dystopian where backstabbing, corporate spy and sabotage, back room dealing, wiretapping, and such is the norm.
