I'd think we'd want to do this one ASAP. Eezo is an entire other tech tree. It'll be incredibly valuable, so the sooner we get enough to work with it, the better.

So make a plan of your own that say pulls out the Uranus missions and instead does the Particle Mining.

No dice on Isolinear Computing Center? Even 1 die a turn to try and finish phase 1 so that we can get the +5 from phase 2 seems solid.

Not this turn. Next turn is what I was planning for. Again feel free to modify my plan or fully make your own.

Is this correct so far? Want to make sure I am doing the martian particle mining base correctly

Need Space Command Missions

Edit- finishing phase 1 of martian mining base

You can send multiple Pathfinder visits to Mars, so you can build all 20 base facilities for phase one in the same turn by spending 26 Pathfinder Days. (Or do five trips for 65 Pathfinder Days, if you're willing to spend the IP as well.)

Don't forget you can do other research projects as well; He-3 Experimental Reactor explicitly gates more Lunar projects but the rest are all unknown what their results will be. (No, I don't know either. I just do words and math.)

Yeah I figured but I also want to up the Assembler because then we can do 2 free parts a turn to the venus station (and at 4 parts a trip just do a trip a turn spending only 20IP). Plus closes on the next phase of the assembler which increases our IP and makes some research cheaper. Not done filling out, for example have PT time to spend, though I take it maintenance is something attached to each mission?

Edit-
For research- G-Drive seems useful, Atmospheric is no cost and almost done. The two housing is in case that has any improvement to Columbia which I am going to be pushing in the main quest next turn.

Uranus(39 Pathfinder days)
[]Observation Probes - Uranus
(Required for activation: 6IP or 4 Pathfinder days)
...Uranus is another gas giant. It should require 0/10 Observation Satellites like Saturn and Jupiter do.
--[X] Mission: Orbital Scan (Miranda) 1 Die
--[X] Mission: Orbital Scan (Ariel) 1 Die
--[X] Mission: Orbital Scan (Umbriel) 1 Die
I'd group Miranda and Umbriel under Minor Moons + Rings? Because past Ariel they all get a lot smaller.

The 3 days maintenance is already added to the trip times, yeah.

If this changes I will adjust my plan accordingly.

Miranda and Umbriel are still considered the major moons of Uranus and on top of that Miranda is a moon with moons so it still counts even if it is small.

Cool, and is there a list of what we have done for mission planning? Like is there anything to plan for Saturn at this point for orbital scans?

The cutoff point for when we stop doing individual moons and lump them under "Minor Moons + Rings" is pretty arbitrary, mostly for gameplay reasons. I think since Titan is absolutely huge compared to the rest, Saturn is all already planned out fully. You could do all of Saturn's probing in one turn if you want.

I had that, then decided to get phase 1 of the mines out and no longer had the Pathfinder Time

You could just not do Pathfinder Drive Testing. :V It's not any more obligatory than any other choice, and the G-Drive Improvement Program will finish in a turn or two regardless. Good luck convincing the thread to go along with that, tho.

Well it does let me deliver the free part to venus station for some pathfinder time. Also I imagine G-Drive improvement would cut transit times making it more valuable to finish sooner than later. Or is that one free station part overall?

Oh, yeah, that isn't clear. It's one free station part per turn, total, to use on any station. Not one free station part per station. (Not really sure how to clear that up, tbh. Maybe we'll fix it next time.)
Yeah so that dropped the venus mission, feels a bit awkward to leave 24 days unused but there is no where to use them (rover missions need IP which I would rather have go to the assembler because that will help us out more)
