Not sure what you mean the powers are listed on the doc. I roll a D75 and if you have enough points you gain it, on the 75 total 29 powers can be gained with 100 points or less.
[X] Look closer at that smartphone, it might hold some clue.
It should have a control panel or something like that
[X] Power
Another 100 point creature isn´t gonna be much better than the spider-bot, lets keep it stealthy for now
also there are some 100 point powers that would be amazing, like being able to collect resources from our creatures or having multitasking proportional to the amount of creatures that we have.

Lest go TRULY ramdom
What do you mean? The doc page just seems to have descriptors like Farmer or Summon x7 (as in 7 times more), so how would themes render this worthless? In fact, we're going to need time anyway in order to build up a respectable power set and power base, so it's not like we can rush at this stage.

You didn't read all of it then. Self Theming for instance allows us to apply themes to ourself. This power is what I was referring to.
Then there's the line about how themes are completely optional, and we can choose whether or not we use it on the summoning. With us choosing not to theme the monster providing us the monster as default. So, While themes are purely aesthetically backed it doesn't mean it's worse then literally nothing. Something is always better then nothing especially if it doesn't make our creatures have to do the theme.
"You choose what theme to apply, if any, each time you summoned a creature and if you possess multiple themes you can even combine them."
Edit: Self Theming is incredibly useful for disguise purposes, and Share Power while slightly redundant in conjunction with it allows us to share the theme with a creature of ours, without resummoning it useful for companions. So, Yeah Themes are good for disguises. Furthermore, There's no point not to. With the additional albeit slight advantage of making it so that Bonus theme can't show up the full 20 times, nothing would allow.

You are probably using a mobile device. I've included a description of each power in a note attached to each cell but it only appears if your hover your cursor on the cell. On Mobile it doesn't seem to appear at all, it's a problem with google doc that I don't know how to solve.
I don't want to weigh on the power vs creature choice but you need to keep a few things in mind.
First that a choice you'll need to make at the end of each chapter.
Second, you only have 100 points so far so in both cases you'll have a good chance to gain nothing. Just look at my first post where I need seven rolls to find the Spider bot.
Finally, you need to evaluate what you want, the farmer power while useful in the long run isn't much use right now but mental partition could be really useful, for creatures an ankylosaurus would be really cool but you won't summon him in your bedroom but a living unseen servant could provide immediate mundane utility.

Power Gained and 50 points banked.
Alex was slowly approaching his hand toward the smartphone on the bed when he suddenly tensed.
"What the hell was that?"
He looked at his chest as if afraid of finding something. He rubbed it slowly. "Did I already gained another creature?"
He closed his eyes and concentrate on the feeling. "Let's see, it feels different" He shook his head, "No, it's not a creature I can somehow tell the difference. One of those bonus power he talks about ?"
Concentrating again, "It seems to apply to myself, transforming into something perhaps, I get a vague wooden feeling on touch." A brief pause. "Is touch the right word?" Confused was the right word to describe Alex's expression at this point.
Taking a deep breath the young man tries to calm down. "No, no, one thing at a time, it doesn't seem to be harmful, I'll investigate that later."
Returning his attention to the black smartphone he picks it up. "Never seen that model before, but my frame of reference is pretty limited." He looks briefly toward his phone resting on the nightstand. It was seemingly a basic smartphone, an older model that even when it comes out would have been toward the low-end.
Going back to the one in his hand he continues talking to himself, "Look pretty high tech, the casing seem pretty solid, some sort of metal, aluminum perhaps?" Turning it around, he found himself eyeing the back of the phone where he can clearly see a red spider symbol on it.
"Well if I had any doubt before, now I can be sure that you have a link with the bot. but it's not very discreet. Let's fire you up and see what you can do." Fumbling with the phone for an instant Alex finally managed to locate the power button.
Watching the booting screen, he was not surprised to see yet again the spider symbol, the following image did surprise him. "A fingerprint scanner? That's not exactly tinkertech but I'm never heard about that on a phone before. I'll try I guess."
Putting the tip of his right index finger on the screen, the phone biped and reveal the main menu. "Well, it worked. At this point, nothing phases me anymore."
Exploring the menu Alex found a number of apps, phone of course "Do I need a provider to use the phone apps? And what's my number? Need some testing" Internet browser, video recording, and video editing, same for sound and photo, a map "It appears to show my position, hum no, it shows my position and the position of the bot." clock, alarm, radio, and finally an app with the spider emblem.
With a touch, he opens the app and finds what seems to be a controller for the bot. The screen shows the point of view of the bot and a few icons on the edge of the screen to activate various functions.
Alex spends nearly ten minutes playing around with the bot moving him all around his bedroom. That way he discovered that he could climb vertical surfaces with no issue and even cling to the ceilings.
It could record images, audio, and video, Alex has taken a few photos of himself lying on his bed from above. These functions explain the presence of the others apps on the phone.
He was going to explore the function of a few icons that he couldn't guess the purpose of, a blue rectangle, and a blue human figure when he heard noises coming from the corridor. Turning toward the door. "Mom is getting up. I'll better hide the bot and the phone. At some point, I'll need to decide if I want to tell her but it's too soon."
Guiding the bot next to him, he picks it up in one hand and the smartphone in the other, and getting up he puts both in his desk drawer. Alex hesitates for an instant before addressing the bot. "You are to remain motionless no matter what happens unless I countermand this order." After that, he closed the drawer.
Getting out of the room and toward the stairs, the young man descends toward the living room.
He finds himself in a medium-sized room, to his right the entrance door with a reinforced lock. In front of him the tv and the couch. and to his left the door leading to the kitchen.
Moving toward it he stopped at the threshold and look at his mother busy preparing pancake.
Alex's mom was a short woman, barely more than 1.50m (4.9 ft), long dark straight hair and currently wearing a flowery dress.
"Good morning mom." Without turning around the woman responds. "Good morning Alex. Sleep well? You're up early."
"Nothing much, just a weird dream that woke me up and I couldn't get back to sleep afterward." The young man answered while taking cereal from the closet. "Do you need help with the pancake?"
"No, I've just finished, sit down and eat." Turning around she deposed the pancake on the table and sit on the other side, a cup of coffee already on the table.
The mother and son duo spend breakfast in comfortable silence, interrupt only be exchange such as "Please pass me the jam" or "Here take a toast."
With such a limited and habitual exchange, Alex is pretty sure that he managed to hide anything wrong from his mother. Afterward, he washed the dish while his mother finished getting ready.
A few minutes later she was before the entrance door, ready to go. "I'm going to work, good day, and please remain careful when you left for your job." She kisses her son's cheek.
"I will Mom don't worry about me, Have a good day at the shop." He responds as she was closing the door.
The young man returns to his room and looks at the time. "A quarter past eight, I have some time to kill before work."
He sat on his bed and look toward his desk, where the spider bit was hidden. "What I'm gonna do with you? And with the other that will come, I can feel it"
[] Experiment with the Spider bot other function.
[] Try that new power
[] Take a break with power experimentation and instead search the net for info about parahuman.
You guys got lucky with the power roll, no need for a costume, plantsman is here. Even if Alex doesn't know yet.
A pretty slow start I know but our hero is still coming to grip with his new power.
Don't forget to vote for Creature or power. 150 Points

Side note: I've updated the CM to version 2.1 but only after the roll for this chapter.
The changes are as follows: add Patronus to the Harry potter category (I don't know how I managed to forget about it that long), Kuriboh to the Various Category, and Custom Summon Contract to the Naruto category plus 10 new powers.
