The Smallest of Dragons:

The Freehold Valyria. The greatest and most powerful empire the world has ever seen. From Ghiscar to Tyrosh, the River Rhynor and the hills of Andalos. It's rule stretches everlasting and unwavering.

Their pantheon, Balerion, Meraxes and Vhaegar and Syrax names of gods who are spoken with reverence, but also in fear and awe.

And Dragons… the freehold s greatest power, fly with their riders. Burning all their enemies to cinders.

It's great dragons and the fourteen flames, ever granting it strength and… protection.

To be born in this empire is to serve the Great Families of the Freehold weather as slaves or soldiers… or merchants and sailors and traders.

You were born to a life, of privilege and honor.

For you are a scion of one of the Forty Great houses of Valryia. A position of Wealth, power and influence…

Yet you are the weakest. Your family is powerful compared to others… but to the other great families of the Freehold, you are but pygmies… a blight whose claim to power was it's glorious past… and will soon be extinguished by an ever forceful future.

For generations, ruin has befallen your family. Ventures gone wrong, members fighting each other for inheritance and dragon eggs. Dragons going feral and dying, having to be put down like dogs as tradition dictates, to not bring ruin to the freehold… and it's lands and properties.

The lands you owned dwindled, the cost of infighting severe. Draining gold and men and slaves.

Until you were the last Heir of your glorious legacy.

You can bring greatness to your family however fleeting it may be… wealth and power.

They say that in this world, to play the game is to win or die.

You don't intend to die anytime soon.

Our cities boom from gold and Silver from the mountains of the 14 Flames, with slaves extracting the riches for us… as we gaze westwards… To the RiverRhoynar, and the coast of the Narrow Sea… and a continent called, Westeros.

[]The Rhynorish Wars (950 BC): There is a problem. Like before, the lessers have denied the Dragons of the Valyrian Freehold. They will die, just the same. And if they do not bend… they will break. And you will destroy them.

[]Masters of the World(200 BC): There is no great threat to the Empire… to the Freehold… there is only the adventure and fame and fortune to be had.

Diplomat (Master): The Way of The Valyrian Senate is that of Rhetoric, reputation and balls of steel. You have at least one of them. For your way with words are matched only by the masters of the Senate itself. (+30 to Diplomacy Rolls)

Command (Competent): The Art of Warfare is a well-known fact of the world, and you are ignorant of it… but you have no clear talent for it as others within the Freehold have. (No bonus to Battle rolls when you are in command.)

Steward (Legendary): You are among the greatest of coin counting, banking, bureaucracy, and even governance… You are without a doubt… a man who will never be ignored, when it comes to coin.They say if there was a God of Economics… it would be you. (+50 to Steward rolls)

Schemer (Skilled): You are not one of the great masters of spies and intrigue that many hoped you would be, considering your talent. But you are skilled enough to stay alive. (+10 to the Rolls of Intrigue)

Traits:

Patient: Capable of great control and focus over extended periods of time, this person knows good things come to those who wait until the right moment. (+5 to all rolls. Stress Decreases at a much faster rate)

Lucky: You are supernaturally Lucky. So much so that it is considered your power. (Unknown Effect, You will realize what it is in time… if you are still alive that is)

Dragon Bonded: You draw on your dragon's supernatural vitality to resist disease and poison. His voice speaks in your mind as if you understand him… And his magic is your to command… if you learn how to access it. (You may now learn Dragonite Magic... ??? Addition to Dragon knowledge. Interesting things have begun to change in your body to be able to handle that great power that Dragon gives you)

Cynical: The world is cruel, and goodness is a lie. This character sees only darkness in others and is suspicious about everything.(+30 to intrigue rolls. -10 to Diplomacy Rolls)

Shy: An introvert who has a hard time speaking to new people or in public. They'd prefer to just be alone, or unnoticed.(-10 to diplomacy rolls. You are frankly adorable around people)

Scarred???: Your Eyes is marred by a Scar from your youth, born from your dragon when you first rode it. But you can still see out of the eye just fine, as if the scar was not even there. (+5 to Unknwn Effect... Your Dragon can sense you, even when you are far away)

Depressed: Life has lost it's luster, and in the end, nothing matters to you anymore. (-20 to Diplomacy and Stewardship Rolls. Every Turn, you roll to see if you contimplate suicide, or take part in an outburst of depressive mania to make yourself feel better. Stress increases Rapidly. +30 to interacting with close confidants, friends of family.)

Valyrian Steel Armor: A complete set of Valyrian Steel Armor, that is around the size of yourself. IT was Amor belonging to your father, a legionary. (-30 to enemy combat Rolls… Its Value is Priceless. Can be melted down to make more swords or other items.)

Valyrian Steel Blade (Oathmaker): Your fathers Blade back when he was in the legion...like all others of it's kind... it is light, sharp, and very usable, even for you. (+20 to combat rolls)

Just: Fairness, morality, and law. This person seeks to balance all accounts, by forgiveness and retribution alike. (+10 to Stewardship rolls. You are viewed with popularity by the Freehold smallfolk and middling noble families of the Freehold)

Stubborn: An individual who only changes their mind or backs down with the hardest difficulty. Even physical harm does not dissuade them. (+5 to all rolls. If you fail a roll, you gain more stress)

Proud: This person is convinced that them being or will be, the best is an indisputable fact. Any who stand in the way of this are destined to be trampled underfoot. (+15 to all rolls involving your family, and actions that gain you fame. The Freehold is… mixed at you)

Mechanics

Name: Your name, something that is important to you, and the rest of the world.

Alias: A name that you wish to use... an identidy so to speak to keep yourself safe.

Religion: The Faith you practice, which can carry advantages, and disadvantages.

Age: Your age. Pretty self explanitory, though the younger you are, the more likely you are to heal from injuries, but also the less starting stat points you get.

Skills:

Fighting Ability: Your ability to fight with weapons and armor.

Dragon Knowledge: Your ability to fly, bond and hatch dragons. Note, even if you are utterly incompetent at Dragon knowledge, it does not mean you are barred from trying, it's just more difficult.

Diplomat: Talking with words, and getting your way out no violently.

Command: Your ability to lead troops.

Stewardship: Your ability to manage coin, strike deals in trades, and just manage money and property more effectively.

Schemer: Your ability to lie, manipulate, and blackmail people into doing your bidding. Also how good you are at assassinating people by other means then combat.

These Skills are based on a few levels:

Incompetent: You are utterly terrible at this skill and only know about it from just hearing about it. (a -30 to the rolls on this skill)

Competent: You are a passable figure, able to do such tasks without making a fool of yourself. (no roll bonus to the skill)

Skilled: You are not an expert on the subject, but your knowledge of the subject is better than most people. (+10 to the roll of the skill)

Master: You are an expert on the subject and are able to do it with ease. (+30 to the roll of the skill)

Legendary: You are the best person in the world at this given subject (note, requires several crits in a given area, or being chosen at the cost of 10 points in character creation) (+50 to the rolls of that skill)

Stress: A Hidden modifier that is added to by a set amount if you fail actions. It slowly builds over time, and once it reaches 100, will give you a small negative health trait. Doing things that lessen stress (like talking to people, drinking, brothels) will lower it, and if it reaches zero... well you'll know.

Magic: This is something you cannot start with. I'm sorry, but you have to earn that shit. You don't get to chose magic stuff in charecter creation. Sorry bout that.
