Arch-Demon's Eternal Game: Aeon Edition, The Turtle Chronicles

Anyways, about to go out to eat with family. Will be back before EoD. Tykan is scum, Hail is my highest Fiend read (Due to Day 1 stuff mostly), meso is doing too much to try to discredit or push the lynch away from Tykan.

Okay gut feeling?
Nictis is too town to be toown, but also usefull for us .
Meso is okay but feels to silent compared to how I saw them in other games? Or well not silent but more reactive?
NOOOOW
I am awake for 19 hours and can feeel how my body craps out after I just sleept a hour and a half in my chair.

Bzy said something about firestarter,
first post be meso about debating about them.

Quoting bzy here.

THEN , meso quotes themself , adressing bzys (which they should have seen via notifications I think?)

That there was no new post here to ping byzantine which feels kinda " towncreed building" in the sense of
"I warned him , and then I am making a mistake so I have a excuse why bzy might have missed that."

[X]mesonoxian

Honestly It is a gut thing? and I know I should not trust my gut
But I want to traise that issue even if we might get a mod kill

Also
I feel that some of the firestarter talk is used as a distraction buut.
Mech solve person here, so am looking at what I feel are different things?
That wasn't directed at Byzantine. It was directed at whatever townie might hypothetically have the Firestarter. Because if they tell us they have it, they are likely to get robbed by the fiends. Byzantine isn't town, so it really wasn't addressed to him.

Mate, that's the fourth time today(?) that you misrepresent me. Read what I wrote. I said as Vanilla I wouldn't take the Talisman. I
Fourth time?
Town obviously depends on what's left. If I get an early pick, stuff like a firestarter to deny scum or hell's herald are a definite go. Those are pretty fast gone and useful. Shards are always helpful. A talisman isn't bad but as vanilla I'd inherently value my own survival less and go for a mask, watcher one in this setup.

Scum me would be aiming for a protective for starters, aka talisman, staff, blade or coin. Firestarter is the only "reliable" extra nightkill. Plus if you have it, the enemy hasn't. Masks as well to find targets. Did I mention shards for either info, 3p alliances or disinformation already? ;)
My bad, went by memory there. But half the shards were Talisman, so... Not feeling too bad about that mixup.

Hell with it, it's a gut but it is something other than repeating the arguments from yesterday till the clock runs down.
@hailcapital
[X] vote hailcapital

@Scia right now you're voting to sheep me. I think you meant to vote to kill me.
Egg, face me
uh what whas the notation difference again?

Oh and gut feel ? I think our knight is who they said they are.
Because someone _could_ have counterclaimed that and pretending to be the one that killed the elf would have most likely made the knight that did so reveal themself , or the other one. Which feels like a smartish scum strategie where they assumed the other scum team also wanted to kill the knight.
So fake claim the inactive knight does not work, fake claim the active one does neither. SO I feel
Knight=Truth.

Yeah, pretty sure I know who the Knights are. Pretty sure there is no benefit to naming either of them.

The notation is "X Vote mesonoxian" with the X in brackets

It's getting late and we need to figure some things out for overnight.

I think @Byzantine is pretty safe. As long as neither scum team knows their actual species, they are unlikely to waste the resources to go after him, and final survivor powers are pretty sweet.

@Zaealix is in greater danger. The Demons have a Strongman kill left and we have a Knight hanging out unprotected. If somebody on town's side has a coin left, swapping out with him will preserve a power role, but at the cost of losing a different townie, I don't think a healing item will help, even with his Knight resistance, and that's assuming it didn't get ablated night one. If one of us with an Eagle mask watched him, so we can be sure to see the Demon if they try for it.

Of course, we can't coordinate openly and we don't know what items are actually in town hands, but hopefully some people with the right equipment will act to protect him, and hopefully the threat of being seen/wasting their last strongman kill will keep them scared off. If we're lucky, keeping two Knight in will help us catch some of the scum. With two killers and two knights, odds are pretty good each night.

@ComiTurtle does a knight block a dousing attempt, and if so does that kill the would be douser?

Soo, back from skimming Wiadi.

Two points that stuck to me.

Mask count isn't actually that weird, they're pretty common (9 cumulative instances across all possible item sets, for an average of 0.6 per set rolled, meaning we expected to see 3.6 of them - 5 is above the curve but not ridiculous). Four Coins is more unexpected though - only 5 instances across all sets, so we only expected an average of 2 - and could definitely make for some crazy nights.
That bugged me the first time but somehow I forgot to ask about that. Why we? From my perspective there are three possible answers here, one of them is unlikely and while one is not that great, I'm in a bit of a pickle so I want an answer nonetheless.

Second, you are awfully quiet this game about reads. What are your current ones?

Even if I should perish, I won't go quietly. Should the Demon come for me, they will know my blade's edge.
Life for a life? Scum can't afford that, and it seems to me an excellent trade.

Pretty sure if they come directly for you, you just die. You only take them out when defending somebody else.
