You are Sonc the Hedgehog and this has been a trainwreck of a day. Eggmans up to something and now he's unleashed some sort of water monster to try and beat you, one that transforms every time it gets it's hands on a Chaos Emerald. Whatever it'll do when it gets all seven you don't know for sure what will happen, but you've thought about the possibility and that's no good to be sure.
You have to say you aren't really a big fan of Casino's, not least because the local one literally shakes money out of you. Seriesly why does that thing even exist! If their wasn't a Chaos Emerald up as the prize you wouldn't set foot in this nuthouse.
Well anyway you have nearly enough rings.... oh and you should probably deal with that flying Eggman Robot that's been blatantly following you the entire day too.

You data indicates that the Flapper sent to observe Sonic has been destroyed.
Meanwhile the Flapper sent to watch chaos has gotten into a fight with a flock of pigeons... and is loosing.
How unfortunate.

The operation to scout the ruins on the other hand is far more successful with the Eggpawns having retrieved an Egg of some kind, you will have to look into it at a later point, their is some evidence of some pressed buttons but given the speed of that infernal Hedgehod it is very likley.
However your task force requires significantly more time to get into Tail's workshop as a laser defense systeam of some kind activates and blows up all the Eggpawns and the Leon sent to investigate. Silver Sonic thankfully proves his competence and manages to dodge the laser defenses aim before using his rolling attack to destroy the turrets in two attack runs.
Thankfully after that Silver Sonic manages to retreave several blueprints for Tail's Tornado airplains, the little fox has apparently been working hard on improvements to his design. The docter is sure to make good use of these. Even more interesting is the existing of both the Tornado itself and the Tornado 2 which Silver Sonic had managed to dsicover in a hidden area of the workship.
While you could not retrieve either it was immensely satisfying to blow the foxes workshop and the plains within it to scrape mettle after the loose of that squad of Egg Pawns and that Leon earlier.
Overall you would rate this operation as a success, though it does make up for the Flappers earlier failure in your optics.
You wonder how Sonic will deal with this little monkey wrentch you've thrown into his capabilities, you are sure that he'll find a way but for now the idea of having denied the fastest thing alive amuses you.
Hmmm... what's this an update on the Egg Carriers logs? Apparently have Delta, Epsilon, and Zeta, all just been decommissioned. The master must have been in a bad mood to have done that, but their is some opportunity in this.

[] Send and Egg Flapper to watch a notable presence. (Choose from Sonic, Tails, Amy, Knuckles, Gamma, Chaos... or Big?)
[] Deploy you task force. (Choose either the Ancient Ruins or Station Squat general area and give them your orders on what you actually want to do... you can divide up your task force if you do not want them to do the entire thing.)
[] Examine the egg you've found.
[] Look over Tail's blueprints.
