I feel learning to talk and read should be locked in. Both of these skills should be acquired as soon as possible, with the bonus from the nat 100 this the best time to take them. For the 3rd action I will go with an age appropriate social action. Explore, Father & Court are vaild alternatives, but I prefer to socialize with our peers. Children's games are the first step towards gaining charisma/leadership/martial traits.

Plan format means you need to add a dash before the options of the plan after you name it. Like that:

[]Plan Little Genius
-[]Try to spend time with your father: You want to spend time with your father.
-[]Learn to Read: Maester Gerald left a book open, with letters on it, and words. You wish to learn how to read.
-[]Learn to Talk Better: Your vocabulary is rather… lacking.

If you do not do that the tally will just acknowledge that you voted for a plan with nothing behind it. I don´t know if Magoose would take issue with it, but it does not take much effort to correct it.

And by adventure, I mean potential kidnapping/fostering attempts by the local lords to get Jon to play ball... Or Jon making them play ball.

It's Game of Thrones man, it's one or the other, or both. Good thing Dear old dad is competent and may decide to pull a rocky training montage and start wrecking his enemies (if he has any, you never know) shit, with extreme prejudice.
