Ah. I was referring to Asuka Quest on Space Battles, at the time when any depictions of affection between minors were looked down on... hard... by moderators.
So Moiderah went to absolutely ridiculous lengths to avoid the Quest shut down and well.
Asuka got on with dating Rei. And all they ever did was holding hands.
There was a finale ten years later ( I think ) and they still haven't kissed yet.

Ah, okay. Still, I'm unsure how this works: in that tally you posted these are separate options, so how are you going to resolve this? Homura's advice and the second-most popular option? What if she advises against whatever is the second-most?

Tallying will be weird, as tallying always, is, but it's going to be a sort-of line tally; right now, for example, calling Homura has 10 votes, telling Kyoko spend time with Sayaka and see how things go from there has 7 votes, and telling her to be tsundere has 4, with some more votes that don't have much traction. If the update were written now, Yuma would ask Kyoko if she could call Homura over and tell Kyko to spend lots of time with Sayaka.
If Homura gives contradictory advice, that just means that Homura suggests something different, and Kyoko has to choose which advice to listen to. Depending on what Homura says, maybe there'll be a vote on whether or not to say "yeah, Homura knows best" or "nah, Homura's wrong". Hope I answered your questions.
