Nonsense, they are wielded by swordsman therefore they are swords. Some of them are just more...exotic than others.

The prospect of a Youthful Ino amuses me and it would be interesting to have the other students see that even a genin can be legendary.

Sarutobi has probably been the person with the single most influence on the Village of Konoha. He has been the longest serving Hokage. He came out of retirement to help pull the village through losing the 4th Hokage. He was, as stated the student of two hokages, so he basically is probably one the the few living people that actually met and knew the people who were involved with setting up the village. Basically, he has some serious knowledge of the how, when, and why Konoha is what it is today. He has participated in wars and led the village through times of peace. Brokered deals and treaties with nations and seen the dissolution of others. Satutobi is basically the living embodiment of what Konoha is and its history. We should definitely cover him.

As for Ino, I'm against covering the Yamanaka's on the basis that it will please Ino. I think that what would please Ino the most is not covering her clan, but winning this competition. After all, she did suggest doing the 4th Hokage in the next sentence after suggesting her clan. Ino doesn't want nor need us to stroke her ego, she isn't that shallow. What she would enjoy is coming in first place and getting the mystery prize, and I think Sarutobi Hiruzen can do that for us. Because while all the other options only cover parts of Konoha's history and the things that make it up, Sarutobi Hiruzen is the only one that has really seen it all and influenced the course of the village the most.

I feel a little bad for voting for Ino now, with regards to Kasumi much more than with the other two...

Figure we should let her have this one. I'm sure the Yamanaka have plenty of interesting Shinobi.​

sad no one wants to reveal the uzumaki clan to people, like the fact that there was a uzumaki mito.

I would say avoid the ino option if we're going for the top student, since it seems like the underachieving choice. At least vote for something that would require us to put more effort in!

Guys, don't vote for Ino out of pity. She doesn't want it nor need it. What would make Ino feel better right now is winning. And doing the Yamanka Clan won't win this. How is that different from Kiba covering the Inuzuka or Sasuke covering the Uchiha? The answer is it isn't different at all. The instructors will likely see it as a bland and unoriginal presentation. Another Yamanaka covering the Yamanaka clan isn't really that great or unexpected.

Ino doesn't want to be coddled, she wants to do good and win this thing. And Sarutobi Hiruzen is probably the best bet at achieving that.

though if we do that I want our guy to mention how they have benefited the T&I division of Konoha as well as the field of infiltration.

Changed my mind due to convincing argument in discord!

To summarize:

- Way more impactful
- Will of fire = Best way to score bonus points
- Shows remarkable insight into world history, this guy is important.
