Part of this is an attempt to get Daisuke to learn of the existence of the Eight Gates. I am heavily in favor of him learning to open them, maybe in conjunction with a future mastery of kenjutsu.

Little bummed that the socialization didn't work out the way we wanted. Instead of integrating ourselves in a group we seem to have isolated Ino. She's mature about it, but it still backfired. In hindsight, the warning about the 6 year old girls thinking we smell should have clued us in that we weren't going to be able to instantly work them over.

We also took a bit of a social blow with our inability to come up with a snappy retort. If we upgraded out wits we should be able to avoid that going forward.

As for the project, I'm torn; a project on the Yamanaka clan would likely net us a middling grade and improve our relationship with Ino. Working on the village founding might bolster our weak history, but give a lower score due to our lack of knowledge and Ino's lack of interest. I'm unsure about the Fourth as a subject, and Madara if I recall is something of a black spot on the Uchiha reputation.

Wow, Charisma shot up over 100 points! Only needs 90 more, and Intelligence just needs 50. Huh, if the "Mother Helps" omake just before the new update gets 40 XP min, we could get Simple Intelligence. That's sure to help out with the assignment. Speaking of...

Maybe raising both Intelligence and Charisma would help sway Ino? Throwing in Practiced Sense Motive should help Daisuke understand why Ino is so keen on her clan being the topic. Maybe she's trying to be kid-subtle about showing how awesome she is to "best friend"? Hmm...

@Vesvius: What does Ino's current relationship score actually counts as? At least "Acquaintance"?
