Besides if we end up in Iron we can become Samurai if in Rice we can be sweped up in Orochimarus plots. And even if we end up in Hot Water there's Yugakure or a temple to be a monk (It said village had no ninja not that there were no minor village elswhere in country.)
There's some jump on points for us don't be over dramatic.

Perhaps we're reading this differently. I'm reading it as 'village with no Shinobi presence in the north of Fire Country.'

I'm sorry. How does the tally prove you right? I checked and it doesn't specify it being outside the land of fire. I interpret 'north of the land of fire' as in being located in the north of the land of fire.

I thought you were misremembering the vote not interpreting the vote difrently my bad. Okay so land of fire is referenced as a whole not a reagon in it or setlement but the whole country secondly 'located xxx of yyy' formula is usually used to reference yyy's location in reference of xxx not yyy's position in the xxx. You would be right if the of was replaced with in.

I see. Well, now I have a different reason not wanting it to win. Orochimaru is literal worst case scenario. Sound is not a village you'll want to be part of.

Edit: which is understandable since they are similar.
