Good, I was worried the random segue into 'boss or queen' right after mentioning Karen showing up was a hint of killing Karen and taking over her group.

To be honest, "Boss or Queen" sounded to me like a choice between being declared "Boss" of some kind of magical girl group. And Karen pulling some strings (British are a monarchy)...
And/or possibly it's the choice between one of our future interim employers.
That said, I do want to speak to Karen on the topics of "Morgan Grey" and "You gonna give me a straighter answer than Gaia?"

Karen is smart. She knows it did not work out last time, and that Cerys will actively watch out for manipulation this time.
That aside, she knows better than to actively antagonise the living WMD without a good reason to do so.
