Well that stuttered about as much as literally any topic would, all three of them kind of had their life taken over by being an MG in one way or another, but it ended off well enough so I'll mark that as a success.
That she is. PMAS was, obviously, a huge influence for Renascence (alongside others, such as Ersatz and Veritable), so there's definitely going to be signs of that. That said, I think the sheer effort she puts into her Magical Girl routine (the flash, not the substance) implies she's probably a bit of an otaku in Canon, anyway.

Might as well do something before the night is over, and this shouldn't tax our sanity... well, I hope.

Seems like a plan. Hopefully our san points can stand it.

I mean, if I had access to infinite hammerspace and I was time-cycling, and jumping back after failed loops- I dunno, stealing a copy of everything that's not nailed down, and probably a few things that are, at the end of each loop seems like something most folks would start to do eventually. Depends on how much of a hoarding tendency this Homura'd had. The missing inventory would make it a moot point, but it would be interesting to know if she'd actually had a copy of like everything everyone had ever owned, at some point in her subjective past.

You shake your head, "Thank you, but no. I have more to do, tonight. Maybe some other time."
They accept that readily, and you quickly make your way out, unwilling to get dragged back into conversation, and make your way to a small, local bookstore. A young girl greets you as you enter, "Welcome to Miyazaki Books! Is there anything I can help you find?"
You shake your head, and she nods, allowing you to go about your shopping. For a small store, this place has always been fairly well--
You pause, and turn back to the girl, "Did you say Miyazaki Books?"
She nods quickly, "Yes! Do you know our owner, perhaps?"
You shake your head. You had met the owner of this bookstore, once...an older woman named Nao Nakamura.
"No, but...how long has this been Miyazaki Books? I could have sworn..."
"Miyazaki-san bought the store from its previous owner last year. From what she's said, Nakamura-san has been pleased with our work here, since then."
You nod at that--there's nothing terribly strange about this, after all, as far as the girl knows. Of course, you can't recall this having been the case in any other timeline, so you are a bit disquieted.
In spite of that, though, you continue about your business...and find yourself pleasantly surprised. Miyazaki-san has expanded their inventory quite a bit. The sheer number of rare and expensive books here is shocking. Of course, many of those are of minimal use to you, but there are also numerous quality textbooks...you'll have plenty of good choices, here. You buy them all, of course.
You catch site of some odd books around, but nothing you look at seems to be particularly interesting, even if some of them look more like Sci-Fi than textbooks.

The girl at the counter takes the last book, smiling slightly as she sees it, and rings it all up for you, "Here you go! I'll let Miyazaki-san know you stopped by, Akemi-sama!"
You stare for a moment at her words, nod slowly, and depart.
As you walk out into the rain, opening your new umbrella as you do, you mutter to yourself, "...and this is why I don't tell people about my family."
Making your way to a store of good repute, you slip out of sight before transforming and head inside, time grinding to a stop as you do. You find their best sake, pluck it from the shelf, and make your way to the register, dropping off the money before leaving. They might notice, but they won't know what to make of it, so it should be fine.

Satisfied, you make your way to your last stop: Nanoha's place. You know Mitakihara well enough to find the hotel, but finding Nanoha's room...you can't recall the number, if she ever told you.
Thankfully, you know someone who does have that number, 'Kyouko?'
You get an impression of momentary irritation, but it fades almost instantly, 'Ribbons? You change your mind or somethin'?'
'No. I need to talk to Nanoha about some things. You know her room number, right?'
'Oh, the Cosplayer? Yeah, room 317. You want me to come along, in case things get rough? I can step out for a few...although Mami might want to tag along.'
'I don't think it will get that intense. Even if it does...there are few things I can't escape from, with my Magic.'
She seems to accept this, 'Hmm...yeah, I guess so. Alright! Good luck!'
She breaks the connection, and you stroll into the Hotel and make your way to the third floor. You find Nanoha's room quickly enough, and knock.
A few moments later, the door cracks open, the chain still in place, and you see a familiar eye peer out, "Oh, it's you! Come on in, Akemi-san."
The door closes, only to reopen fully a moment later, Nanoha revealing herself properly as she welcomes you in, wearing her usual TSAB uniform. You wonder if she actually owns anything else.
She leads you inside, taking a seat at the sizable desk the the room includes, and turns her desk chair to face you, "So...I'm assuming you're here to talk about the...situation? I've made some discoveries I'd like your input on, but we can deal with any concerns you might have first. My questions are likely to take a while, after all."

What do we want to talk about with her? I want to get a gauge on her current capabilities and how she's holding up since she's smolnoha right now and though tough as nails is yet to be a hardened veteran. And discussing the current situation of course, probably ask about Raising Heart's capabilities atm.
It's been too long, I can't really think of anything. Probably should have a couple of people skim through any updates with her in them and the discussion around them. Might be some things we meant to ask sprinkled through there.

And probably just ask for a quick rundown of what she knows, what she's assumed, and what she's theorized. If I recall correctly, she didn't really get a solid summary of what, exactly, the fuck was up with the local system of meguca, before suddenly everything was a Situation? And there are infohazards that I feel like I am remembering we did not read her in on; even if our people are (I think?) everythingbombed, warnings about what to talk sensitively about, what to be cautious about in a practical sense, and warnings about intel that might be harmful in case any other PMMM-meguca wander through, would probably be good.
Though of course then we have the debate about which warnings are need-to-know sensitive intel?

"so we're actually liches who sold our souls except not really to attain a wish and now we are doomed to an eternity of fighting until our very souls get corrupted into the very things we fight or we die.
btw dont tell anyone kay?"
This is...going to be a tad complicated. but well, is there a reason not to inform her? She's probably gonna find out. protagonist power ya know.
Eh, not really a reason not to inform her of any of that, or the intel we have about anomalies of what-even-the-universal-heck. I dunno, part of me is insisting there are other warnings that are more sensitive that are still up in the air for debate (i.e. not timecycling which we are clearly not discussing with all and sundry, I assume), but that may be me mixing up sensitive information from other quests.
[X] Talk with nanoha
-[X] How's she holding up? Hard as it is to think about, she's yet to become the hardened veteran you know from the series, you cant really have her breakdown on you, and this whole situation must be disquieting for her.
-[X] Could she give us a rundown of her current capabilities to take into account for future strategies? is her magic working well or are there any complications?
-[X] Can she tell you what the general situation was for her before she appeared here? whatever she can recall about it?
-[X] Mention there's quite a bit to say but its so long you dont know where to start, so for now warn her that some topics are sensitive for other native magical girls, Like wishes and the like and to not trust any bunny-cats that might appear to her and to never make a contract with it. have her proceed with her questions, you want to get a better read on her before disclosing too much information to her.
[x] Talk to Nanoha.
-[x] Ask if she's noticed any strange jewel that recently appeared on her person. Not Raising Heart, unless the gem has recently stopped talking, but another one. Not that you don't believe that she's her, but with Kyubey's ability to grant wishes... Well, someone accidentally brainwashing themselves into thinking they're her isn't outside the realm of possibility. But if that's what happened, there would be a soul gem on her person.
--[x] Answer any questions she has about Puella Magi.
-[x] Offer to show her around. Maybe take her shopping for clothes. After all, her TSAB uniform doesn't exactly blend in.
-[x] Ask her if she's noticed anything strange about how her magic has been behaving. You already noticed the result of her Starlight Breaker attempt back in the Witch's Barrier. Has she run into any other issues?
-[x] Ask about how she ended up here. Find out if there's any radical differences between the movie and her actual history that you should know about.
-[x] Ask about her plans. Find out if there's anything you can do to help.
