This is kinda ambiguous. Are lite laser pyndas already upgraded? Or only Parsec-owned ones and not the SA-owned ones? How much would it cost to refit the not-yet-upgraded lasers?
This is even more purely military technology than repulsors - are SA going to place export restrictions on them like they did with repulsors (and 2nd gen arc reactors, I think)? Is "customer" here just the SA military industrial complex?

Looks like the DC only decreased by 5 since last time we failed training sustained barrier (along with training construct). Indicates that either each successive try decreases DC by 5 or each additional simultaneous biotic training increases DC by 5.
Are the dice are trying to tell us something about dating Liara?
Is there a QEC Mk 2 or further research project to miniaturize and/or reduce cost of QEC?
Do we have an in-universe reason (that is, non-metaknowledge) to use the brain shield while decrypting Batarian data?
Huh could've swore research character requirements weren't new, i.e. only Revy could research MCU tech, or only Mordin/Revy-led teams could really research cutting edge biotech, or something along those lines. Don't remember if there was a way to open up said restrictions like your new rank system allows.

Revy knows Reapers are psionic and she knows that it's highly suspect that Batarians suddenly have much better technology than the citadel and asari, but i doubt she suspects that indoctrination is almost memetic and can do bullshit over digital records.
That said, i doubt she didn't install the technology in the ironman suit, so maybe she'll be lucky and notice any kind of sheenigans before paragon industries intelligence - or Cortana - gets indoctrinated and she did resist the first time. It's fine /meme.

i really think that we should keep this for the Alliance only for now as the other races are not helping the humans with the war, so no need to reward them with this high end tech

We really need to make defenses against that laser it's too powerful with no counter. It could probably wipe colonies from range and no previous defense would be able to do a thing.

If we'd researched TIR sheilding we could announced we'd obsoleted a form of weapon in the demonstration immediately after it had revolutionised space warfare.

We might need to expand more into the core worlds soon. I don't think the outer colonies have enough educated/skilled workforce for our plans.
with the amount of jobs opening up l think a few corporations will offer travel transport/holiday ships if they think there profit involved. so there might be a change in the colony pop with migration

This is pretty massive (heh) for our larger construction projects. The 1 quarter minimum doesn't matter (unless we have other construction bonuses) since even small shipyards currently take 2 quarters to build, and other than ground turrets, we're not building anything that takes just 1 quarter.
Another approach would be improved armor via statis plate and perhaps whatever armor tech is unlocked by unobtainium.
The only other option I can think of is to somehow evade lasers. Which outside of obvious tells, would require FTL sensors, which there currently is no research option for?

We need to research total internal reflection to block light, along with gravitational wave detector to compensate for loss of vision the former results in. Or miniaturized QEC-equipped drone sensors (or if gravitation wave-based comm-equiped drones if that's cheaper). Depending on how inefficient sustained TIR shields end up being, we may also need to have thermal compensators researched.
