I would prefer to have Nanoha or Fate as a subordinate, I don't think Haruhi (or any chuuni personality) would be as good.
[X] The Middle school student who, beneath her friendly and outgoing facade, is desperately looking of a purpose in life. Having tried all kinds of hobbies, none of them really clicked with her despite her talent in many of them. Puts her all into whatever she's doing.
We know:
-appears friendly and outgoing. . suggesting popular with many friends, but no best friends
-desperately looking of a purpose. . we are going to give her that purpose (Ebon Magical Girl)
-tried many hobbies. . so she is likely to have a wide range of skills (archery, chess, dancing, etc / anything a middle schoolgirl could have as a hobby)
-talented in many hobbies. . it is likely she is both intelligent and athletic, based on her many talents in different hobbies
-puts her all into whatever she is doing. . dedicated, and hardworking
I am hoping we gain a talented and loyal lieutenant, who we can place in charge of all future Ebon Magical Girls. Being friendly she is should be able to maintain the loyalty of future Ebon Magical Girls, and is less likely to have people realise they are Dark.

That depends.
Assuming we want a bona-fide ninja, emphasizing stealth and secrecy, then the armor is a liability. At least at a cursory glance. A wiki search indicates the armor is capable of shifting into a car and an aircraft. I don't know specifics, but I'm willing to bet it's awfully conspicuous in those forms. That's even if Shibosho lets it have those abilities.
If our definition is a bit more loose, i.e. most ninjas in modern Anime, (and ones used in this quest), then sure, go for it. Looks pretty sweet.
Of course the required resources for the armor may be quite high.

Depends on h̶o̶w̶ ̶m̶u̶c̶h̶ ̶p̶e̶o̶p̶l̶e̶ ̶s̶p̶e̶n̶d̶ ̶o̶n̶ ̶o̶m̶a̶k̶e̶s̶ how well we roll. It may not be nerfed per say, but it might not have the exact capabilities it did in its canon.

I mean, it looks nice. But it is pretty much the opposite of stealthy ninja.

Hey now! It's been discussed in-world that "stealthy ninjas" are considered old fashions, and these days ninja are all about big flashy ki techniques!
At least, that is a culture war stated to exist within the ninja factions right now: Older generation of "but you stealth! That's what being a ninja is" and younger generation of "Being a ninja is all about flashy ninja techniques!"
So we'll probably have a few ninja that go the highly visible route at least, even if they don't report directly to us.
