4 years high school as I'm thinking we go all in on our Demigod training to improve our chances of saving Thalia when she shows up in two years. Why do I want to save Thalia? Mostly because I don't think Sam'd be the type of guy to just let Thalia get turned into a tree. And also 'cause then Big 'Ol Zeus'll probably be far less inclined to Zap-Time us due to the prophecy if we save his daughter (thanks again for your wonderful contribution towards our future suffering Dionysus).

Concept of Size 'cause there're big monsters out there so we need bigger plants. Definitely gonna want to get Adaptability next though, just so we aren't caught in a place where we can't use our plants. Or at the very least make them capable of growing out/off of concrete leaving us less vulnerable in cities. It'd likely also allow us to give our plants some amount of resistance to higher and lower temperatures.

Train Macro-Chlorokinesis twice just so we can push it over to intermediate. After this I think training Concept of Growth'll be best, both to give us more concept options and to make growing the Silver Dogwood Sprout easier. No idea what we should do with the sprout but maximising our options for it is hardly a bad idea and making it grow will likely make it stronger. Kinda leaning towards using it to make some kind of plant-pet but that'll be a while yet.

Football for the athleticism. That as well as the social and teamwork aspects of it.

Training traps so we can at least begin to make them with chlorokinesis which I'm sure I don't need to tell you how useful it'd be to have on-demand traps.

True enough. Though if I remember correctly dryads can't move too far from their trees. And Pear lives in the middle of a park. So how would she get the letter into Sam's room?

Should train the dadskills while we aren't at camp, we make much more efficiency training magic skills at camp

Pan might be the God of the Wild, but he should be in no state to do whatever this whole thing with the flowers is supposed to be.

In The Battle of the Labyrinth, Pan was found fading in and out within the Labyrinth. It was there that it was revealed that he should have died two thousand years ago when there was an announcement that he had died, but that he hadn't died because the satyrs [and potentially other nature spirits] prevented his passing]. He individually addressed all but one of the people that found him, shared some of his energy with everyone in the room with a little more going to a specific person, and then faded. So, while there is a question about what happens to the Roman Aspect of a God when that God Fades, it is highly unlikely that Pan is responsible for this.
Peresphone on the other hand is the Goddess of Springtime, Flowers, Vegetation, and Fertility, and a child of Demeter. Because of both of these things, it makes more sense for Persephone to be behind the flowers than it does for Pan to be.

I assume you're asking what Sam will do. Generally, as you'll be an 11, 12, or 13 year old high school graduate, most universities won't look twice before accepting you, however, since you are a minor and will continue to be for quite a while, your dad would prefer if you stayed in New York. As Camp Half-Blood is also in New York, leaving is essentially a bad choice, so you will have the option to just stay at home or camp during the school year, or take classes at NYU/Columbia/some other Uni in NY.

Blossom isn't going to high school. She's taking lessons from Chiron with the other year-round camper. I assume that they have some sort of official school-type thing set up, since it doesn't really make sense for year-round campers to be utterly uneducated. This is not stated anywhere in canon PJO, but I think it makes sense considering things that are canon.
