We are not good fighting melee range and if at some point we fight with someone somewhere where there are not many plants (like a city) then we are screwed.
So, if we can't fight, at least we can run away. In addition, I am sure that the Dryads can teach us how to make parkour in the forest. It probably looks like fun for them.

Dad bonding time plus gives structure to Sam's plant magic. It's great he's becoming so strong, but a lot of potential is lost if he doesn't know how to utilize it efficiently.
