Well. This is... Potentially very good or very bad. On the one hand it's a self spreading warp supressing material, if we spew that around some warp rifts and give it some time we might see some serious progress, on the other... I'm not certain Tiberium didn't orchestrate it's own escape here, and the mutations are their own issue.

I have not gotten that far yet. There are a lot of whispers and I get to them in the order they were posted.
 
Minor Whisper: Iterate upon the Nanite Miracle that was developed to create ever more impressive and capable nanotechnology augments, whether those be replacing 'conventional' cybernetics or base flesh.

Gather data on various geneseed defects and implantation issues within various chapters. Fix those issues and streamline geneseed implantation process and increase compatibility among recipients allover Imperium. Increase geneseed's resilience against warp and mutations.

Bad news: you used the standard shipping lanes to distribute them, which meant that they ended up concentrated in a few systems scattered throughout the galaxy when they reactivated before finally shipping, which cut those systems off from the Warp. Good news, despite losing a few critical shipping systems due to overuse of Pylons, the presence of the Pylons in those systems works exceedingly well at protecting the surrounding galactic regions from Warp influence.

Pity about the poor bastards in the handful of shipping nexuses or anyone dependent on stuff that was being shipped through them and couldn't last until the shipping lanes got re-routed. :V

Honestly that is par for the course whenever a warp storm hits
Just be happy no warp deamons with the pylons

Medium Whisper: For the hell of it, see if you can fire pylons out of a very large railgun and embed them in a planet without blowing it up. Don't test this in Sol. DO NOT TEST THIS IN SOL. EVEN USING PLUTO AS THE TARGET.

Minor Whisper: (Re-)Invent Sandevistan, cybernetic implant that will allow massive increase in mental and (if possible, like in anime) physical speed for short period of time. After testing in most humane way possible (on "volunteers"), start augmenting all Skitarii with it. It should be useful for pretty much every combat role, we can make it standard equipment for all forces. Power of Omnissiah AND Anime on our side!

You know the Mechanicus already has ridiculous amounts of resources and heavy units, if we spent half as much time doing shit as we did trying to build stuff, we'd probably have won by now.
