*slaps button labelled "In Case Of Lizards"*

*Takes a deep breath*

*Proceeds to run around screaming for help*

*start praying*

"oh my dear goddess of Fluffyness Taylor/corantine sama, help us to escape from the demonic uncle pun lizards who enjoy mess with names, have mercy and cover us with your Fluffly grace and give us your foxy blessing; because the Fluffiness is your and only; Amen"

For even greater levels of absurdity...what are the chances that by the endgame, the cast has reached BOFURI levels of OP?
well we probably will see when Vicky use her new upgraded shard.

that and her "blessings" given by her goddess.

Something we have to ask; has Scion encountered gods before?

If not, are they rare and this is the first time he's crossed paths with a world with gods, or is it something else?

If the first chapter is any indication, the whole reason the gods are dead is because 100 years ago, they literally died fighting a previous invasion by the Entities.
"It was here we made our last stand." Poseidon said, "Against a foe one hundred years ago. It came from beyond the stars and attempted to spread its corrupt influence through all the worlds under our protection."

Thor nodded. "Aye. We saw it off. It shan't return for at least a thousand years, but it cost us everything." Apparently noticing her horrified look he added, "This is not unusual for gods. Ragnarok, of a sort, comes around every few thousand years. That era's gods see it off and everything continues apace. Why I think we lasted longer than most have."
At least, that's the impression I get from Poseidon saying their final foe came from beyond the stars.

I got that.

I was wondering if Scion himself encountered any on other planets.

So, God's know about Entities, but does Scion know about gods?

If they don't, precogs may be unable to predict gods.

I suspect precogs would have trouble predicting gods either way. Precog powers in Worm opperate largely on principles of modeling reality through predictive algorithms based on quantum "sciences" as the shards understand them. The Divine are unknowable, and beyond that, completely screw with science by telling reality to take a hike because they're Gods and they said so on a regular basis. As for how "Divine Oracles" and other future tellers/seers work in a structure that operates around Divinity, that's less actual prediction, and more one god or another reaching out to said oracle and saying "hey, yeah, we're going to do the thing, and it's probably going to happen this way, so go tell the guy the stuff and that they need to be at the place at the time or else it won't work and we're going to be very unhappy," only with a bunch more wibbly cryptic mumbo jumbo that makes it really hard to actually understand and usually leads to the prophecy being self fulfilling somehow because the mortals these prophecies are given to are usually gullible fools like that.

Got to wonder what abilities Taylor might unlock as a (probable) sun goddess.

Light and heat/fire are obvious, but will she delve into the more science based aspects, with power over gravity? Lasers, gravity effects, fire, and plasma are all potential.

On a more esoteric note, she may have some power over time, as the movement of the Sun is one of the earliest forms of measuring duration.

something like the "Numeral of the saint" from Fate/Extra (GO) of Gawain or more like "the one of the sun" of Escanor of Nanatsu No Tasai?

Taylor wielding a Nicoll-Dyson beam sounds like one of the scariest possible outcomes of this idea...

edit: link for those who don't know and are wondering

I think in this case it's less Taylor going "No tinkertech, you don't get to tell reality to take a hike. It doesn't work that way.", and more her subconsciously going "No tinkertech, Reality doesn't work like that. Why? Because I'm a Goddess and I say so B*, that's why."

You're forgetting the primary non-light association with the sun; life.

The sun has historically been seen as a source of light and life, an icon of growth. It is the sun from which almost all life on Earth ultimately draws its energy, stars are the forges of creation from which all elements greater than hydrogen and helium are formed. Everything we see, everything we are, is star dust.

The greatest power wielded by any kind of solar deity is not fire or heat or light or anything like that, it is life itself. In a sense, stars are themselves the first form life, consuming and growing and dying. A Big Bang gets you a reality and space\time, but if you want more than that, more than mere existence, you need stars.

Stars are where complexity begins, they are the first step upon the path to something more than an expanding cloud of hot gas, you want to see something interesting? You need a star, because stars are where creation really begins.

There is a lot more to life than crops and livestock yo.
hey if that is your way to see Taylor could create and use KI (or chakra or mantra or... etc) the deffinition of KI is "life force given form"so Tay will get Ki and even give it to others!.

... just wondering what KI powers she could use.

considering the HUGE amount of Ki use in books and anime

Taylor would definitely be Maple level, because Goddess~

And Taylor's True Companions would probably be on the same level as the rest of Maple Tree.
