*reads new chapter*

So damn fluffy...

Oh god, Emma is insane. And Sophia is finally starting to realize it...

Welp, there goes Sophia's secret identity.

And holy crap (no, not Taylor's excretement)! I'd heard of being thunderously angry, but that takes the cake, eats it, then bakes a new and bigger one.

Yeah unless your King Numa Pompilius of Rome odds are tricking or trapping gods generally doesn't end well for mortals and trying to actually usurp a god's power is a good way to end up in a bad way as a certain Netherese archmage Karsus the forgotten realms found out when his 12th-level spell(the only one in existence) was used. Of course Numa had the advantage of having a Nymph Muse as a consort who was also his adviser.

Victor is lucky he's not vaporized, being tormented in the afterlife in some ironic fashion or trapped as rock forever unable to move.

I found that really uncompelling to read, honestly.
Handling Emma this way just seems... wrong. Not the way she's portrayed, but the way Taylor deals with her. I know what you're going for, or I think I do. A Taylor who's really has this godly calm about her to be able to tolerate someone like Emma just so that her father can be happy, but it just feels so off to me.
She's so powerful and so close to cutting out all that has made her miserable and then she just lets this situation walk all over her.
I love this story, but I had little enjoyment in reading this chapter. Especially since you make a cliffhanger right where the emotional payoff would have started for me.

One of Taylor's more defining character traits is that she's self sacrificing, even when she really shouldn't be. Her decision is stupid, but understandable with that in mind. Of course, now even Sophia is getting worried about how broken Emma is. And I suspect that everything is about to become rather public.

She didn't do anything to him he tried to usurp Divinity any story about tricking a God would tell you how that usually ends.

Problem is Victor can't steal powers, just knowledge and skills. And Taylor barely knew anything and didn't have any skills to steal.

Yes stealing knowledge from the Gods can end badly, but how come Panacea can turn her sister into a DemiGod but Victor can't steal knowledge?

From what this chapter said, all Amy did was awaken Vicky's latent divine heritage, influenced by Taylor's Fox Domain. Victor, on the other hand, tried to steal knowledge from a goddess he had just tried to kill.

you get Frey's boar, Odin's bracelet, and Thor's hammer
Yes, and there is the part where loki tries to sabotage the dwarf while he's working on the items. First 2 come out right despite Loki's efforts, but Mjolnir's handle breaks before completion, making it a one hander, when the smith wanted Mjolnir to be a 2 handed hammer. Even with this small flaw, we all know how powerful Mjolnir is :3

Welp... this should go splendidly.

"How in the blue fuck are YOU a hero?"

Yep... Splendidly... *dives for cover*

the whole time Amy, Emma, and Sophia were in the Domain of the Gods, I was screaming at them for being idiots.

Doesn't Amy at the very least know that wandering is the fastest way to get lost in unfamiliar surroundings? Especially if Taylor can only open a portal back from the same location, that way they'd run into each other by default.

Gaaaahhhhh Sophia, you . . . How is it possible to be this blase, to have such a lack of survival instincts?

Also, part of me wonders what might have happened if Amy had done anything more with that Apple. Though I don't think it would have been like the Peach, because the Peach was special, while the Apple was just sitting on the (admittedly made for the divine) table.

Odds on that wine making Sophia into a demigoddess?

Also.. a magic dildo vs a number of giant pussies? Really?

Hmmm… the reckoning for their thievery is inbound next chapter methinks… and I'm wondering just how deep the three of them have gone into debt here…

Amy seems like she'll get away mostly clean, but Sophia looted some rather expensive wine and a sword, and Emma made off with some combs… and then they got caught red handed with them.

I suppose that Taylor was a tad light on attendants.

Well. Sophia broke into the home of the Gods, drank their wine, stole their swag and defeated all who would gainsay her while also symbolically ravishing them. And now she listens to Taylor's lamentations.

She's one ironic fate away from being a classical hero.

Lung wakes up tomorrow and finds not only is everything on fire, but the ABB hq is full of angry foxes. Taylor has no friggen idea too.
