To clarify, by expansionist I'd meant that Kerbals are under a lot of population pressure, and need someplace to put everyone. This doesn't necessarily mean displacing a pre-existing sapient species, but the Kerbals would very much indeed prefer Garden Worlds.

Currently that one has exactly 1 vote... exactly like every other plan
that is, we are currently sitting 10 people each voting for something else.
dwarves to infinity might be said to have 2 votes... except that second vote is for a modified version that goes to start wars instead of warhammer 40k
also, I utterly hate dwarves to the infinite as a plan. the choices are definitely nothing I want.

I think this build is fairly modest. He's military, but not specops or anything. We also get a ton of scifi human tech we can try to meld together while trying to help out good ole modern Earth try to fight an alien invasion.

Massive tech heavy build combined with infinite rocket parts means we can jump start our space tech and dominate the earth quickly unafieing it and useing our knowlege prep for chaos quite well. Kerbals will help us establish our control ( Firestorms, Firestorms everywhere!!!) with out a doubt. Not to mention combining MEC tech with Megaman tech will get us Dreadnoughts pretty damn fast and eventaily Chaos proofed AI's

Massive tech heavy build that we can replicate and sell to gain power quickly. combine that with psychic powers and we should be in charge rather quicly and able to fight the aliens effectively due to wide spread psychic powers ( and end game Xcom tech lets you curb 90% of the aliens easily and firetorms>>>>Battleships)
