Even more premade builds!

#8 Super-Shaker 3000

Power Slots
1: I Wanna Be The Guy
2: (UPGRADE) Level Editor
3: Space Station 13
4: (UPGRADE) Specialized Knowledge
(NOTE: This could easily be swapped out for Mega Man upgrade B)
5: Starcraft

Gameplay Notes: Not only can you reshape the terrain with a thought, you can build highly advanced machinery as part of the process. Yes, you could easily make a (small) space battleship WITH YOUR MIND! One with black hole 'telepedos' and a Yamato Cannon at that!

#9 Yer a psychic, Harry

Power Slots
1: Psychonauts
2: (UPGRADE) Psychic Prodigy
3: X-COM
4: (UPGRADE) Psionic Powerhouse
5: Starcraft

Gameplay Notes: No mind is safe! And the starcraft tech will help deal with the incoming aliens.

#10 Interstellar warfare is go!

Power Slots
1: X-COM
2: (UPGRADE) Advanced Tech package
3: Kerbal Space Program
4: (UPGRADE) Empire of Kerbin
5: Psychonauts

Gameplay Notes: Giving Kerbals the Advanced Tech Package might not be the best of ideas, but the results are worth it. In other news, the Ethereal Empire is very upset about the fact that their latest invasion target outright blasted their Temple Ship out of the void with a fleet of capital ships.

Dwarfs would probably be considered some sort of abhuman actually.
Pah I do not want to be an Ogryn type race :( Meh Dwarf's still awesome
Also can you think Artifact Emperor Class BattleShip ? and also upgraded with all other alien tech.(Eldar,X-Com,ORKY,Necron but no Chaos)

My memory is a bit hazy but weren't there a dwarf like species in 40k once?
Edit: Nevermind I remember them. So would we be a Squat?

Preliminary vote count

Powers (upgraded powers take precedence, but there's only room for two of them. They also count as a vote for the basic power when you get to that phase. Basic Starcraft counts as an upgraded power for this purpose. In the event of a tie, QM goes by personal preference))

If I Iocked the vote right now, here's the build you'd get from this.

Slot 1: Kerbal Space Program
Slot 2: (UPGRADE) Empire of Kerbin
Slot 3: X-COM
Slot 4: (UPGRADE) Advanced Tech Package
Slot 5: Dwarf Fortress

This very closely matches what you'd have for the premade build of "Interstellar Warfare is go" except that you might occasionally (very rarely mind you) get your hands on an Artifact aerospace craft.

EDIT: Accounting for the 'basic Starcraft counts as an upgraded power for votes' clause, slot 5 would actually be Starcraft. Derp.

Trying to think if I should switch the verse we go to. Don't really want us to start on IRL earth.

[X]Plan Dwarf's to the Infinity
Now that we know who you are and what you can do, where are you?
[X] Star wars

I'm not sure how much fun we could have if we to Earth, there's really not much we could do with it. There's no adventures, all we would have to deal with is politics, awe, and maybe some war aimed at us.
It sounds boring.

Personality votes (Unlike the rest, I take all the votes and do my best to blend them together into a cohesive whole. Bigger votes get more weight to them)
-Classic Nerd*2

-half-mad tinkerer who is still likeable enough to have a few solid friends

-SV hivemind node

-Sarcastic but chivalrous, Harry somewhat resembles a certain detective from Chicago- and he was a detective, but never exactly worked with magic before.
In day to day life he is a bit of a nerd, scraping by on the money he made from runaway kid cases and crazy divorcees.
He's a country boy at heart, still not at home in the city- or advanced technical doodads. He does love pop culture and Star Wars in particular.

-You live a fairly boring life thats major challenge up to now has been avoiding those remedial training sessions that the more combat capable grunts keep sending your way, every time you audit them. It was boring but a good enough life and the free time has combined to give you a love of the games and books that entertains you when your work gets you down.

Now if only you didn't have this creeping sense of doom ever since you shut down one particularly stupid idiot on SB last night,
idiot thought that (insert chosen games here) would be an awesome cross-over universe. You proved him wrong of course but now your gut is
sending you signals worse than that time the Army got pissed and 'accidentally' signed you up for Ranger Air-drop training,
you got out of that one but only because you were owed that favour.....

Where to go
-WH40K: 1
-Star Wars: 2
-Historical Earth, 1190 AD: 1
-Star Trek: 1
-Normal Earth (masquerade): 1
-PMMM: 1

How to get there
-SCIENCE!: 3
-Smooth non-con ROB: 2
-Native: 3

If I locked the vote right now, here's the build you would get

Powers
1: Kerbal Space Program
2: (UPGRADE) Empire of Kerbin
3: X-COM
4: (UPGRADE) Advanced Tech Package
5: Starcraft

Name: Harry Dresden (Well, Kerman, given the whole Kerbal thing)

Top 3 pastimes
1: Reading
2: Tabletop Games
3: Video Games

Previous Occupation: Aerospace Engineer
Current Occupation: (elected) Ruler of Kerbkind

Personality: A slightly nuts, nerdy ex-military accountant who spent a brief stint as a private investigator to pay off his student debt once he left the military, Harry spent the next 12 years of his life working as an aerospace engineer. While rather cynical and lazy, he's still willing to stand up for others when push comes to shove. This, combined with his somewhat endearing flavor of madness, means that those friends he has are extremely loyal to him. Now he's somehow gotten himself reincarnated as the ruler of a burgeoning interstellar empire and has an inkling sense of deja vu.

Location: Star War Galaxy (uninhabited chunk of the middle rim)

Transition: Hybrid non-con ROB and Native

Hmm while not geting Necron Tech is a shame I can do with Star Wars.
Still there is some time before final vote count.

I am personally really not a fan of empire of kerbin. we get transformed into a xeno who is hostile to humanity. it just doesn't sit right

You aren't necessarily hostile, it's just that if you don't keep the Kerbals happy you're liable to get voted out of office.
well
-Please be aware that the Empire of Kerbin is highly expansionist, and though there's no term limits you could very easily be voted out of office if you don't keep the common Kerbal happy
Extreme expansionist sounds pretty hostile to me.
Also note I don't mean hostile to the MC (who has been transformed into a kerbal), I mean hostile to humanity who is still there and nearby as per
+Instead of one little space center, you've got a full copy of the Kerbol system just one light year away from your selected start world. It is heavily colonized, with even Dres having a permanent population of about 1,000.
So, extreme expansionists who are now the closest neighbors of humanity.
