All in favour of giving the polity that controls 10% of Ultima Segmentum and is a tech level 30+ civilisation the ability to expand again via the Ancient One say aye.

So what do you think about switching some actions over so that we can finally do Anti-Psyker militia training and Xavier do Royal Alkhestry which we invested a lot of resources and time to get? I have no idea why Faeries is being done over Alkhestry. As mentioned we have been putting them off together and I get the feeling that if we don't do them at this point we never will. Especially since some of the actions are not actually vital.
Cost doing both forge hive and forge and these is the last 2 turns to do chaos frequencies.

Last 2 turns to do chaos frequencies and we have things we need to get done before the tryanids show up. Royal Alkahestry will have to wait till we take care of the current problems we have. Overpopulation. Time constraint for destructive frequencies, and anti-tryanids powers.
Hear hear I fear. Long term projects are on back burner unless necessary I fear.

@Doomed Wombat I like your plan but I don't think we should do it yet. He's the only one who can reliably OHKO an Exalted and may be crucial in saving Saint Lin's life. He won't be able to do so if he's across on the other side of the galaxy. Once Lin's off-world and with the Primarchs though, then I think we should do it.

But from what it looks like Xavier can't actually do most of those actions. They can only be done by Tamia and Rids while Aria is already working on the population problem.

The frequencies have to be done by them but banishing and countering can be done by anyone. I had a argument and shard he showed me on discord. Guy would make a good engineer or lawyer some day.

@Andres110 the problem is I think if a attack comes it will be from the warp and hidden by the abomination. Since the abomination is a go goo god (throws up a little) he can hide things in the warp from Ridicully since divine wards are one of the few things that can block it.

We really don't need to redo the deals right now they can wait. I also don't think sending the ancient one out into the galaxy at this moment is smart. If there is an incursion we want Lin to be with the best protector available. Instead, I think we should ask the ancient one to guard Lin until he leaves in case an incursion happens that targets Lin. Remember every incursion we have faced has never had us as the target so we never faced a true threat. The other diplomacy spots should be used to sound out the remaking of the contract and offering Asgard training for their non-Knight forces which are underpowered by everyone's standards.

Ridcully can bypass divine wards, he's just not guaranteed to succeed. He has a chance of succeeding at detecting an incoming incursion, and furthermore you are wrong. As I have said before, an attack can come from the Materium, beyond 1k lightyears. Characters IC know that an attack by Materium forces is possible since they know about Chaos' speed, and you should too given that there was a canon omake of an Abomination mortal preparing to attack Lin.

If you are talking about my omake, he was an honored Angyl Lord. Which actually brings up an interesting question:
@Durin
1. Does the Abomination actually have any 1st Circle/Exalted Deamon Lords/Angyl Lords?

so, this might just be my paranoia acting up, but maybe instead of getting the old one off world, we ask the eldar about the atheric concordat? the risk of an incursion for the next year is to my understanding, much higher than it has been. if we are going to poke the concordat, we'd need security council approval, and that would need asking the empire of ashes what the concordat could do for us.

Ah, my mistake. I believe the remainder of my reasoning is still sound though. Chaos still has enough speed to make an attack against us from beyond 1k lightyears viable and Ridcully still has a chance of piercing divine wards. It is furthermore still a better idea to have a chance of knowledge than a certainty of ignorance.

very little if anything. The PM does not tolerate outsiders especially warp beings and gods.

Incorrect. The Planetmind tolerates gods so long as they pay rent (the rent is very high though) and allows any non-Chaos forces on the planet so long as it's during an incursion and they came to fight Chaos. If we got hit with an incursion, the PM would be happy to have Concordat help to fight off the daemons; they'd just have to leave after the fighting was done.

Good point. And since this is technically a fuck you to chaos by keeping a chaos god from their target and healing a Primarch who are also anti chaos I can see the Ancient One agreeing to fuck chaos over and it would only be until Lin leaves in the next decade. So yeah, seems we should avoid sending him until Lin is off world.
