[X] Split warhost to reinforce all battles- Chance of killing Turoq, chance of defeat of Turpoq's forces, major reinforcement for other theaters

I prefer this option because with eldar in system, we can guarantee that the darkmech can't flee with anything valuable.

Assuming turoq doesn't die, he's very, very screwed if this assault fails and they didn't grab anything to justify it.

[X] Wait until Turoq lands then launch major ground attack and naval harassment- Still high chance of killing Turoq, defeat of Turoq's forces, moderate ground losses and moderate naval losses

[X] Wait until Turoq lands then launch major attack- Highest chance of killing Turoq, rapid defeat of Turoq's forces, moderate ground losses and major naval losses

@Durin do we know approximately how much each forge world has committed of their total strength?

Makes sense, to these guys the idea is probably enough to make them spiritually ill because it would mean *shocked gasp* SHARING. DUNDUNDUUUUUUUU.

That is a point though Shard.

@Durin
1. How much stuff can we safely booby trap?
2. What kind of abilities are we looking at for the Dark Magi?
3. Between our choirs the alphas and the farseers do we think we could scry fry the supreme commanders of the invasions if we concentrated on them?
4. Have we constructed enough macro vortex shells for alpha strike capabilities on things like their ark Mechanici?
5. IIRC you said that alphas are the only psykers who can reliably work on a ship level, do we think we could use them to make crucial things go wrong in the enemies ships?
6. What skill level are the eldar's wraiths.
1. A lot. Pretty much everything.
2. Everything a tech priest can do and a lot of things sorcerers can do
3. Probebly
4. You have not, you have enough torpedos though
5. Yes

I think it's incredible how much our power armor forces have grown. The dark eldar were disbelieving when we gathered 1 million together for 1 battle and how that hadn't been equaled by the imperium for near 11k years.

@Durin
1. How likely is it that an alpha strike of vortex will kill the Ark Mechanicus if we focus on it?
1ii. If we devote psykers to making that happen?
2. Would it be more valuable to focus down the ark or attack more ships (it is their flag ship, arks are very hard to replace and I'd imagine we'd kill a lot of people even if their commander successfully bugs out.)
3. Idea, could we create vortex bombs for our space based bombing wings? Given their nature they can't have too many of the things so deadliness in as small an area as possible is essential.

For me it shows more just how much humanity had fallen since the DAoT.

I mean we're at 16/17 industry level and 18 military tech compared to their average 22 and we've been able to do this.

I wonder what the Eldar choice would have been if Rotbart had not been Paragon Martial.

It's between this and splitting the warhost up. Both have their advantages for the war. One let's us kill the largest local threat and weaken their domain. The other makes it extremely possible to stop the theft of our technology.

On second thought this is the Eldar's strength and there are more battles to fight beyond the first.

It will take longer and probably let Turoq hurt some of our colonies.
Still, better that than burning through Eldar's reinforcements and goodwill.

After thinking it over some more I have decided this is probably the best option. It should take less than a week to beat Turoq. Wether or not we kill him is loses to much to recover before we are to strong. After that either hit the world that is most pressed or split up and reinforce both.

42 votes and harassment when he lands looks to win. Which I think is a good thing since that means moderate losses they can be deployed elsewhere.

We chose the warhost to save on casualties after all, also means they lose more ships and have a lower chance to get away with tech.
