Andres, could you stop complaining about details in omakes? This part even makes sense.This is the logic of a brave Imperial-era PDF sergeant, not the logic of a 200+ skill-level Guradsman sergeant. If a grunt dies then all you get a dead low-level soldier, but if a sergeant dies you not only get a dead medium-level soldier, you also get several dead low-level soldiers due to them lacking optimal leadership. It's not nice to send subordinates to their probable deaths but it's necessary.
