I am loathe to add MORE Munitorum actions to our Personal actions.

I mean if we really have to, Readiness Training would logically go in Personal, not Munitorum.

Munitorum is really expensive.

I want the Crab Regiments because we know they'll be useful against a lot of the Ork vehicles. We have a better chance of that being done in time if we take it in the Personal slot this turn.

Also, I expect we're going to have an active Campaign action soon for dealing with the Orks that reach the Gehenna sub-sector, which will take up a slot for a decade at least.

after this turn it will be 13 armies,
Very respectable.

@Durin
1. Have we mentioned the potential chaos Attack to the Trolls and Sirens?
2. Are they willing to help out and kill em if they come to their areas?
3. Has Lin or Ridcully met any Sphinxs.
3ii. if so what were the reactions on either side?
4. Has anyone in the admech made mention of the fact that Titans are not STC tech themselves (inspired certainly, but not STC) and that there was an entire order of the Collegia (the investigatus) that worked to improve titans?

I feel like the reactions to this in the Council will be amusing.
We've still got fewer armies than Vanaheim...

1. yes
2. yes
3. yes they have, the Shinxes seem curious about Lin and respect Ridcully. Lin gets a headache as Sphinexes are daemons/are not daemons while Ridcully finds them interesting
4. no, it was not exactly a well known fact

[X] Plan Shard T103

I agree with this plan more than the other plan, though I'll try to get Shard to change some actions.

@Durin

1. Does Ophelia count as a hero unit?
2. How much can she do on her own?
3. How does she compare to an average choir?
4. How do Choirs work, mechanically?
5. What do the numbers after a psyker's Power mean?
6. Is there any possible way to gain an enemy's character sheet?
6a. If so, what?

1. yes
2. a lot
3. she is around as powerful as an average choir,
4. add powers and then reduce by a factor of numbers
5. that is their hard power which is liner, so 10,000 is half as strong as 20,000
6.yes, focused divination or a good enough investigation

So Ophelia can be considered to have the impact of 70,000 neutron rifles in one person when going for direct combat?
in one hero, which multiplies the effectiveness
but yes, she has the sort of raw power associated with multiple regiments of Helguard using Dark Age Weapons, or multiple brigades using Imperial area weapons (that is hundreds of thousands of Imperial Guardsmen, all of whom are heroes)

Just another paranoid absurdity introduced after the Horus Heresy.
But they also have god on their side.
Militia readiness? Why? The militia hasn't been involved in military action in a while, what makes you think it'll happen now? Even if Valinor manages to make landfall, I don't see any reason they would be able to make it past our wall, if they can even make it to our walls. And all that's assuming we don't just attack them pre-emptively after next turn, in which case another round of readiness training for our regular troops is all the more useful.

@Durin
Could we get an action to reinvestigate Mass Power Armour, after we do it the first time? I think that would set a lot of minds at ease if we could.

Actually because I forgot to edit that bit out.. Tentatively, Crab Regiments.

Edit: Nvm.

Oh, so your plan still gives us the crabs, but we also get Admin Shake-Ups with Frederik. How about using the newly discovered mechanic of adding Signe and Fred's Admin for the one Year 4 Shake-Up?
2. I will add both of their stats
if that would work.
Because if it would, it would only add a single reduction in chance of later successes on this action, instead of two. And it would increase chances of crits, which would probably double the effect of that single action anyway, equalling doing it twice separately.

Yeah, more Admin Shake-Up is better than Militia readiness.
