I would like the fortress but last I checked I still disagree with Haman's diplomacy choices.

Neither have the Trade I want.
Plus I dislike voting for people that almost invariably win.

The 20 learning was the cutoff from sheer stats, I believe that (in order of importance) there would first need to be a major shift in the political situation and internal power structure of the Mechanicus to allow any non-member to take a leadership role AND anyone who did so would need specialized training like for Void actions.

I wonder if we could get Rotbart Mechanicus training.

Perhaps, say, with some Spend Time With actions with our mechanicus characters.

I think part of the issue is that the Mechanicus is a cult of secrets. They had real issues with letting Lin in on that sort of stuff, even though he's the Saint of a divine figure to them and it was to help prevent them getting corrupted. Giving them away to someone that isn't initiated just won't work for them in my mind.

I do think that having Rotbart spend some time with Mechanicus figures could result in improving his ability to avoid stepping on toes there, though, so something like that wouldn't necessarily be wasted...

Also, we might get Learning points. I thi k we should also spend time with our Psykers. There's a lot of potential for growth there. Seriously we've been ignoring Xavier. And Lin. Ghhhr.
