"So am I." Leman Russ is not a wolf Dad fears. The elevator dings. "Oh look, we're here."
Huh after reading this I've got to say that I'm curious as to what the Primarchs and their respective legions think of Avernus and the people that live on it. there had to be at least one argument over who got to recruit from there before being told none of them.

TOMASTOWN and TOMASVILLE should have their names swapped. Villages are smaller than towns.

Well weighted, tip curved not to snag with most angles of attack, a gleaming, well forged steel –iron-carbon-boron-tungsten-delta-hex-lattice-- edge guaranteed to last ten thousand strikes before maintenance.
Just something to keep in mind, but Astartes Combat Knives have monomolecular edges that never, ever dull.

The auspex renders the inside just as he punches through the only unbroken window, rolling forward to hold the Sword at the throat of the princeps, who stares back unflinching.
It it were a moderati, that would make sense since they're pretty much normal people, but princeps are...different. You can't hold swords to their necks to say the least.
Priests of Mars said:
"Alpha Princeps Arlo Luth, the Wintersun, floated in milkey-grey suspension, his foetal form pale as a spectre and withered like a premature infant. Looping implants trailed from his bisected torso, a silver wraith tail that plugged directly into the base of his spinal column and allowed him to control the drive mechanism of his Titan's limbs.
His eyes were sightless cataracts, sutured closed and linked via MIU to the surveyor and auspex suite embedded in the serrated crown of the Capitalina."

Pretty sure that's probably an exaggeration.

STC reconstruction tech :D

That being said I think we should petition @Durin to reward @Addio cause for heaven's sake who else here has written a small novel for the quest?

I haven't heard that adamantium is indestructible, just that it's the strongest metal in the Imperium and is resistant to virtually every form of damage.
It has been described many times as indestructible and to be fair it kinda is, but it still wears down.

Our stuff is probably much more indestructible cause of the self regenerating metal.

1. he can't start a project this turn
0. For when he has time of course.

you can give suggestions but it it up to him
Some suggestions just to gage what is allowed and what isn't,

1. Custodes companion shows up having been dispatched from Terra by emps before he died and only just arrived (warp time ect.).
1i. Same as above, but has the info to make more custodes
2. The gift of Mars shows up (same logic to how above) and is either the STCs for Titans, an Imperator to defend the colony, or declaring Avernus a defacto forge world because of how holy it is and giving us the STCs to the Forges we don't have.
3. A boost to admech changing
4. A boost to Lin's life span
5. A boost to our native AM and EM manufacturing capabilities.

First two are probably (defiantly) nos, but I wanted to throw them in.

1. no
2. possible
3. possible
4. no
5. possible

@Durin, I have suggestions.

1. The Blood Ravens show up
2. A large amount of ancient human ruins are found in the caverns
3. We find proof that the Eldar really are behind it all
4. Frederick gets a new trait
5. We get a new hero unit
6. Bonus to the Alpha psyker's graduation rolls

I edited that in right before you made that post, but then removed it because with some further thought it would've resulted in...political complications.
Depends on how good our history is.

If we know from Lin that Magnus turned to Chaos after getting crapped on by everyone and everything then it should be fine.

Besides the blood ravens are Thousand sons... sorta.

Official dogma is that you shouldn't turn to Chaos even after getting crapped on by everyone and everything. There's no excuse for it and those who are corrupted by it deserve only contempt.

That's imperial Dogma not ours.

Even then the Imperium had the Knight's Errant and Black Shields for a reason and we're smart enough not to kill off uncorrupted Astartes without a good reason I'd hope, especially if they were proven pure by Lin.

Still we already have astartes so I don't know if Addio would go for em.
