While INDEX currently has plenty of medical support for its personnel, that may change in the future, especially if combat operations increase in intensity or number. Reaching out to various medical institutes in Council countries and forming agreements will help provide a buffer.

If we overkill a project the progress goes towards the next tier or related projects. So it's not like we lose anything from overshooting.
 
That's fair, but nothing says we have to get it done *right this second*. If we have to use one more die on it, we can do that next quarter.
technically speaking it can qualify for right this second as the Council will appreciate any first responders to alien threats and anything Anti UFO plus it would maybe bump some countries support of Index which was a given considering things
 
Has anyone got any theories on what interesting techs the alien Research could unlock?

Alien Materials would obviously improve our armor although it may also give us a way to improve the techs on the Human-Technology research tree, like say making our Railgun barrel out of a material that won't get worn out after a few dozen shots or armor-piercing ammo made of the same materials.

Alien Computers could allow us to improve the processing power of our own computers and open up ways to lunch cyber attacks on aliens systems?

Alien Autopsy would allow us to perform live captures if it follows the XCOM formula and it might give us an insight into they medical technology (nanomachines anyone?)
 
Alien engines and power generator might open the possibility of making our own spacecraft and from there we can go hog wild. That's not even starting on how a high yield power source would revolutionise everything.
 
I say that alian materials may help improve the weapons we make. Simply because understanding the material should be better help us understand what our weapons need to beat.
And a reverse situation with the weapons tech.

AP or making ammo using alen material would be imo inefficient, railgun barrel would be sensible as well as using it as armor for vehicles if its both light and string enough

Alien computers, either more processing power or simply more efficient processors allowing for more for less (Even more better if it can be made cheaply and on earth with minimal if any alien materials)

And on Alien autopsy there isn't much that i can think of other than a biology examination and maybe biotech

Guess it was overkill after all.

Well, pretty much all the projects we wanted to complete this turn completed. Which will come in handy when the aliens decide to start blasting things.
 
So for net turn Set alpha and Charlie, Full PR on Europe or Oceania, all Mil into UFO interceptor and a dice or two into Destroyer development, complete alien materials

Undecided on security reviews maybe Infra ?

ill set up the plan later
 
I think we should do Alpha first for the next and put two dice on Alien Materials to finish it and maybe the other two on investigating the C-Class UFO.
