I find it better to use a die on the detectors due to the extra progress going to the next phase rather then have to start the next phase of roll outs from 0.May I suggest using one of those Admin die on the Completion action to get an additional 4 progress on the internal detection development?

- best to spend them all on a Security Review for the Security Division to make sure we *really* clean house before going back to checking the other branches
I am not sure if it works that way.I'm confused, because I meant include an Admin die on top of the existing dice, so that there's effectively a +4 to the entire thing from completing the current phase and then adding the additional dice?
Let me go over the percentages and I'll see if it appeals.@F0lkL0re May I suggest that you swap the Infrastructure Dice from Charlie Base to Delta Base, so we stand a good chance of getting a full Phaseof completion on Delta Base? This will give us a +1 on all dice, an additional +1 on Administration dice which includes Security Reviews, and an additional Administration dice so that we have more dice to spend on Security Reviews.

I'd really prefer we put the free die on Alien Power Core so we can actually finish the research there. Getting advanced power supplies is going to be critically important for, uh, everything. But especially power-hungry systems like, for example, the laser weaponry the council wants us to get so much.
I'm tempted to throw it all at the lasers to finish the tech ASAP, then hand it to them with a note saying "Here's the toy you wanted. Shame that we don't have the technology to power it. If only someone had had the foresight to research advanced power supplies, huh?"
