Balthazar. Sis. Either this AU has more random changes than I thought or you really need to distance yourself from this whole Yui Ikari envy.
 
Misato: Trust me, it doesn't matter who you are. I get at least one email a month from the HIP suggesting locations for me to go in order to try and find a romantic partner in order to give Balthazar 'grandbabies'. We are pretty sure at this point that Balthazar has decided that anyone younger than Ritsuko's mother was are her children, and everyone needs to give her grandbabies. Even Ritsuko gets these emails.

He is a genetically engineered super penguin. He knows how to use appliances. Why not the computer? This is why Pen Pen should get an EVA!

- So there is actually a degree of staff housing here in NERV's HQ. It would add a bit to your daily commute to get to school, but it would keep your closer to both myself and your father. As well as the bridge technicians.

Trans Shinji is somewhat better at syncing with the Eva because she is already a little disconnected with her view of her own body.

Darn it I thought I had it set up to have your posts pop up while blocking other posts but this reply didn't show up in my feed.

Essentially both didn't understand either in universe, but that makes sense.
I would have probably assumed it to be more of being able to imagine her body in different states more easily/ having a more fluid body image but that might be equivalent to 'disconnect' anyhow.
Thank you very mu for taking the time to reply, it seems I have a few updates to catch up on :)

Hopefully next time we might initiate succesful human to angel communication outside of the shenanigans of high EVA sychronization.

    • Makes sense a late addition wouldn't make the cut but a gender neutral slime can dream!

    I am very thankful we are not going to meet the rat king this soon- We haven't even learned any spells AT Field Techniques! That's like going into a level 30 dungeon at level 2!

    I do recommend we learn how to double jump and move around a basic AT Field Barrier for our first spells AT Field Techniques- oooo maybe we should prioritize learning how to shoot stones- never know when some weird high school weird happening will end up with us in a fight!

    I mean wow those rolls... of course this really does make sense though no?

    Shinji is getting tossed straight into a new home so of course she's gonna be a bit high strung as she gets moved in at such short notice.

    I think people will hopefully notice "New kid just got tossed in here and is trying to get settled at such a short notice" and give Shinji some space.

    I kinda like this outcome thinking about it in those terms honestly!
