[X] The galaxy is unstable, and in that instability, none know what may happen. And so, your goals shall be flexible, based on circumstance and your own personal desires. (Path of the Reactionary) *This path means that Thrawn's future is uncertain and reactionary. While it cedes the initiative, it allows for a more flexible future to work towards.*

[X] The Empire has failed, and in this new galaxy, a new power must rise. The mistakes of the old Empire must be learned from, but so should its successes. The Emperor was its failure, and you will ensure that what succeeds it will be seen different from its founding. A benevolent dictatorship, the ideal form of government. And should the Emperor return, he will find a galaxy that does not want him. (Path of the Dictator) *This path involves creating a new empire, but unlike the Path of the Empire, it explicitly rejects Palpatine and the Tarkin Doctrine.*

Oh a Star Wars quest with Thrawn as the MC count me in!

Huh so we only start off with 30,000 worlds and a laughable navy? Looks like to me in the early stage of this game we'll going to have to go with a High quality force to make up our lack of numbers until at least we gain more worlds and whatnot.

fuck sideious and tarkin's idoit policies, they gave rise to the madness that infected the empire where it should have been a bastion of order, stability, and peace. Instead instability, madness, and horrors rose across the stars. Let us undo the madness, the wars, and the horrors, let us make a Empire worth its name.

To put it another way...

The Republic was in a pretty shit situation. When it became an Empire it could have gotten an Augustus. Instead it gets sane-but-pure-evil Caligula with all of Julius' oratory skills.

Surprised Bastion isn't doing so well.

For them, I'm going to basically have their base level be increased as well as their growth. So no plot armor.
What do you mean by that exactly? Base and growth in what?

For a further elaboration of the Skywalkers, basically there's a generic set of growth for most characters, which tends to vary. Thrawn for example can't get better at military tactics, he's at his peak. What he does get better at are military tactics against a specific culture or empire. For the Skywalkers, they'll have increased growth rates compared to other characters as well as starting off at a higher base level. For example, a Force user starts of at Tier 1 (youngling), while the Skywalkers would start of at Tier 3 (Padawan). Similarly, if it would normally take them 4 years to grow to Tier 4, it'd take them 2 instead. This notably just happens for force use, not for things like military command and such.

Wait so while Skywalkers will level up insanely fast in force based ability's we could still theoretically beat them in standard military tactics?

That's essentially it. Skywalkers have an inherent leg up in the force, but not for things outside of the force. Plus Thrawn is the pinnacle of military tactics in this universe. No one else is at his level.

I will say that while I will have Force users be rather dangerous, they're not invincible. Good tactics and plans work to deal with them, as do Force users on your side, or sufficient numbers.
