The Chaos Founding

[] Plan Join the Serpent King as Family
-[ ] Family
-[ ] Prismatis: A Daemon world of Slaanesh, Prismatis is a desert world, covered entirely in multi colored sand. Oddly normally for a Daemon world in that regard, especially since the dominant predator is "merely" a giant, Titan-sized species of snake.

why yes, i've been playing Elden Ring lately, how could you tell.

Memes aside, i do think trying to tie the Sessetium into the minds of these...fellows as Family might be a decent way to keep them on task.

Edit: may have some side effects with them trying to be chummy with other Night Lords, but that's why we discuss these things

[ ] Plan: Yippee-Ki-Yay, Motherf*cker!
-[ ] Cowboys
-[ ] Cast them to the Wind: When, and if, they find a planet to lord over it will be by conquest. No planet will shape them, but there is a good chance that one day they, more than any other Chaos Warband, shall shape a planet.

[X] Plan: Slaanesh Sempai Notice Us!
-[x] Tentacles/Tendrils/Mechadendrites
-[x]Watata: An oceanic Daemon/Death world that is rather typical for it's kind. Naturally, most of the (extremely hostile) wildlife within Watata's vast depths is also at least partially Slaanesh corrupted in nature.
I'm not apologizing. Alternatively I was thinking "Romance".

-[ ] Haugua: A Daemon World with an atmosphere composed entirely of narcotics. The fact that individuals who breath this concoction don't flatout die from lack of oxygen is one of the world's many mysteries.

-[ ] Knighthood

Knights verses chaos cthulhu, what's not to like? And obsessing over knighthood might keep them on task in terms of 'protecting their minions' given knight stuff. On the other hand chaos knights, but on the other tentacle, chaos civilians, and on the third claw, knights verses giant squid monsters~

Awwwww. There goes the plan I was going to propose. No Plan Ogres Milord for gluttony marines.

[ ] Plan The Spice must Flow
[ ] Chemicals

Can someone explain to me, why people want to double down on drugs? When I was proposing Night Lords, I was hoping for more positive traits of Slaanesh, like perfectionism, I didn't want them to be drug addicts. Doubling down on their addiction seems like horrible idea.

At least I understand the reasoning for the drug planet "what if they collect the atmosphere for later?" but I think it's safer to keep them away from easy source of drugs to consume 24/7. And again, making them obsessed with drugs is just awful idea when they already suffer from addiction.

I think what they are hoping is that if they are constantly on drugs they won't suffer the withdrawal effects.

I think they would just be junkies...and addiction doesn't mean they are addicted to drugs, that means they have some kind of addiction which can get in the way of operation, that means like addiction to torture or something different.

You are correct. We just assumed that because addiction is the bad trait, it must be drugs. When we are talking about Prince of Excess here. Some of the Warband will be addicted to drugs, others will be addicted to eating their own organs and others will be addicted to wearing faces of enemies their killed, others will be addicted to setting everything on fire and so on. If there's something to be addicted to, those bois will be addicted to it, Slaanesh will make sure of that.

Yeah, like personalities said, we need to manage the stuff so that they won't be a complete mess, and of course with hedonists, they are like finer stuff in life, so possibly raiding training to get many stuff from nobles.

I think they should have like...medicine or law obsession, with them not having daemon world as homeworld basically acting them on the wind, because I don't think any options give good situations or they are vague.

Do remember that they are Hedonistic as well and as much as I hate to say it these two bad traits kinda synergize.

Current Traits
-Expert Medics: The Sessetium have deployed their skilled medical personnel to aid the Warband, effectively giving them the same benefits that loyalist Apothecaries would normally grant.
-Hedonistic: This warband has trouble staying on task and likes to enjoy the finer things in life.
-Addicted: This warband has an addiction that can sometimes get in the way of it's operations.
They basically can't have like long operation without getting bored and/or be distracted by their operation. So it can't be nothing long warfare and more like raids where they get stuff or short businesses.

The combination of
[ ] Medicine with [ ] Haugua is probably the most synergistic. Our gang will have a whole world with countless resources (drugs) suitable for processing into medicines. The synergy will be triple, considering that we chose Expert Medics.

Also, stable drug production will slightly compensate for our dependent hedonistic nature. Like, trying to cure the followers of Slaanesh from addiction seems pointless. In the case when the problem cannot be solved, you need to get around it.

Supporting this plan.
