I have used the program for over 11 years at this point and I have learned methods that makes me able to do this kind of stuff "fast." I'm also a nervous wreck though who is scared of everyone suddenly deciding i'm worthless...

Well that's good, skill like that can only be gained and fostered over time really.
I can empathize with this, all the doubt and second guessing every step of the way to the point of felling sick. The headaches, nausea, healing slower, it can really suck. Only way I've found to deal with stuff like that is to power through it or give up. And powering through at least leaves fewer questions and doubt about things.
