also, IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

While most of your votes for individual actions will counted riot quest style, there will be some choices that while be counted like a standard quest. For example, the company name/banner vote. This will also hold true for when you are moving the company to a whole new area, so I don't have to keep track of five different parts all a hundred miles away from each other, and doing totally different things.

Done. I may work on some of the other suggestions later. Ignore the grey it's supposed to be see-through, but I keep forgetting how to do that. Edit 2: Hm. That's not it. Let's try again. Edit3: Hm, maybe grey was better. Ah, well. It looks good for me since I have a black background. I reiterate. Ignore the (dark) grey at the bottom. It's supposed to be cut off.

If we're going with the prevailing banner suggesion though, how about the "Circle of Swords" as a company name?

Hm, yeah I like that. Going with it anyway.

Um, can I ask you to use it at your discretion. Putting it on the roll you think it would be most useful for? Something that would fail otherwise or which would push the roll to artificial crit territory?

Also, wow, drawing "frost" in a heraldic style is not easy!

Naming the Company; Turn 2
  • Threadmarks
    • The company decides on a name, before they go on there separate tasks. They decide to call themselves The Free Swords, for they were now free to choose who they would serve, if any one. Then they spilt up for several different tasks.

    Battlefield Better Armor

    Many of the company worked to take the armor of the dead enemies. While the armor was much better then there current armor, it wasn't exactly designed for women, nor fitted to the few many, so it wasn't very comfortable.

    Armor Upgraded To: Good, but ill-fitting +2 to defensive rolls.

    Bury the Dead

    A couple of soldiers work to dig a mass grave for the many who fell in the battle, although they only get through one sixth of the bodies.

    Battlefield Food

    A few other members decide to search the battlefield for rations and supplies, but find almost nothing. Just enough food for a single meal.

    Lower City Food

    A few enterprising soldiers just decide to enter some abandoned houses in the lower city. They hit the jackpot, with almost every house filled with food. They come back with plenty of food and water.

    Supplies: Enough to last a month (30 days left)

    Upper City Swords

    A single soldier, Eri, decides to head back to the Upper City to look for more swords like her own. Unfortunately, although she checks the plaza and wonders the streets, she finds nothing.

    Battlefield Swords (bonus added)

    Finally, a few soilders search through the friendly dead for more of the strange swords. They get this "feeling" when they are close to one of them, making them easy to identify up close. They actually find a huge amount of unawakened swords, although they have no idea how to wake them up.

    Inventory: Enough unawakened swords to equip half the company over again.

    After all this, they meet together again and decide on a banner for the company. It would have a a flaming sword, a sword covered in frost, a sword crossed with a shield, a sword soaked in blood, a sword crossed with a laurel, with all the swords are arranged in a circle on a banner. Unfortunately, they don't have anything to make the banner with.
