[X] Stay in the city for a while longer.

Due to the Dead

John leaning on his shovel his thin frame was coated in a thin layer of dust and spotted with blood. He thought back on how lucky he was. Him a young man of barely 15 harvest passed over by the nobles who would have him charge headlong into an enemy's pike so it would be too heavy to use. But instead he was put with this last ditched force and by chance given a weapon that made him untouchable.

His thoughts were disrupted when the Martin twin came with a new body. He got off his shovel and walked over to them. They gave him a nod as they put down the body with care. He nodded back and gave shorter one his shovel. He knelt down to the body and found it was an old man. He reached into his bag and pulled out a reed and a coin. Then he placed a reed in the man's hands, for the reed will help him find the way to the river of life. John then placed the coin on his forehead, with the coin his spirit will be able to pay the toll to get to the land of internal slumber. This was the best they could do. They could only set the dead onto the path peace. They did because like everyone still alive they had to pay their due to the dead.

With this Omake we should be good with burying the dead. So we should try to find some blacksmiths equipment so we can maintain the swords and armor. I would guess they would be in the middle part of the city.

+4, and the swords don't need to be maintained.

thanks that makes thing much easier

Also, the armor doesn't need much maintenance unless you go into battle and it gets horriblely damaged, which isn't too likely, it is good armor, and even if it does happen, you would just be better off getting new armor. It will be over a year before it's quality is reduce from a lack of maintenance alone, unless you let it rust or something.

Turn 5
[X] Practice fighting as team and not an individual, covering for each members' weakness. It's teamwork that wins a war.

A few soldiers attempt teamwork, keyword: attempt. Instead of teamwork, it turns into a brawl as one soldiers apparently stole something of another soldiers and it just escalated from there.

[X] Search the middle city for information on our maker

One soldier searches and searches but nothing is found. In fact, she had no idea what to look for.

[X] Build the shrine to Grael.

It was going so well, they finished all the steps, put in the blood, and then realized everything was off by a millimeter and had to start all over. There was a lot of blaming and fingerpointing, but eventually things calmed down. (It was all Eri's fault!:p)

[X] Search the upper city for money and valuables.

There was some much money, the nobles must have been in a huge rush. You find jewelry and gems and lots and lots of coin.
Gained: Various Jewels and 270 Gold

[X] Search the (upper) city for more special swords.

You find a TON of swords, as much as you found on the battlefield. They were hidden away, but by looking carefully you found them all. You must have enough swords to equipt the whole company over again.
Gained: MAOR SWORDS

[X] Bury your dead

It was very close, and they almost didn't manage it, but they finished, they got all the dead buried.

[x] Have a another sparring match, test each groups skills (besides most of the Beserkers, because they can't kill their opponets), against each other. Although, you are not likely to improve much.

Another sparing match is organized, and to great surprise, small improvements are made with everyone everywhere.
Gained: +1 to combat

[X] Search the (middle) city for better armor.

The middle city is searched for armor, but nothing is found.

[X] Search the (lower) city for money and valuables.

The lower city is also searched for money, but Vanestus finds nothing. It seems the poor are much more carrying of their valuables, which makes sense.

So we neen more than the DC to accomplish our task? Because I'm pretty sure 36 + 15 +4 = 55. Wasn't that the DC to bury all of our dead?
