These excellent pixel sprites were (once again) commissioned by @Pheonix14, this time from @Guessmyname. Sadly, Sayaka couldn't make it this time, but perhaps some day? Just a few more sprites and we'll have a full fighting game roster on our hands. ( ง•̀_•́)ง ᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ My favorite of these is definitely the Ashtaroth evolution — even if shutting herself in Tome completely probably wouldn't be a great idea, it's an undeniably awesome animation. Hope you think so too!
considering how she's already (had her maid/best planet) kidnapped a highschooler , eaten three girls, one of whom she did it too less than an over after meeting her, and consumed the body of a fourth, I'm pretty sure Ashy is a harem protagonist does not in fact have any shame

First off: some discord icons! These see regular use on the dexworks server, which is only natural, given they were all made by @Dexexe1234 (EDIT: and now one more by The6XJudgement), at the varying requests/commissions of @hillo315 and @Pheonix14. The first two are a little... distorted, due to their basis in the dreaded "pogface", but I hope you like them anyways.

I'm glad all the art has been well received! Though I will attempt to make the next collection of art — if there is one — slightly more directly related to this fic's canon... and also for there to be more of said canon to reference by then. ^^;

Here we have yet another @Pheonix14 commission, this time from The6XJudgement, showcasing a considerably... shall we say "cuter" take on the events of Confrontation 24. I've already added this new Tiranom emote (or Nagisanom; the name is still in contention) to the above art post — wouldn't do to keep it separate from its fellow NOM, after all.
The funniest thing I can actually see is why it happens in history. Ashtaroth neglects his best familiar, clearly preferring these strange familiars who don't even follow orders. Given that jealousy seems to be an important theme for Ashtaroth, Shemesh may well want to take on their guises in an attempt to gain more recognition.
Yeah, Shemesh is just trying to fit in, you know? Be on trend, keep up with the times. Besides, Ashtaroth seems a lot more willing to interact with those other weird familiars than with him, so maybe if he just makes himself look like one of them...

Perhaps — though, considering how a similar wish worked out with Isabeau from Tart Magica, one has to wonder if the desired result could truly be achieved that way. Still, Ashtaroth has mentioned that possibility already, and I can't imagine the topic won't be coming up again at some point...
I mean hey, she's already got the missing memories, so all she needs now is for someone to kill her, grab and preserve her corpse before it vanishes with the barrier, magically reconstitute/reform that corpse's "flesh" into a functional-but-soulless human body, do a whole bunch of other magic to ensure that body actually functions like a normal one would, and somehow connect her grief seed/soul to it, and she'll be set! It's a lot, but I'm sure finding someone who can fulfill all those requirements can't be that hard...
Heh, Puella!Shemesh certainly is, at least. Given best planetoid's wide variety of forms andfeatures (which can also be combined together as necessary), Puella!Shemesh's magic closet may be functionally infinite... if limited solely to different variations on puella magi ensembles.
