propyl believes that every witch thing runs under the red statement blue statement and gold statement system.
aka wants the gm to answer the statements as if they were questions.

I mean, all the power to them. But for someone who doesn't interact with them, the system of Colored Truths coming out of nowhere can be a bit confusing. My only prior experience with it is in Higure's Quest Renascence, and it seems different than what Quixotic is doing, and was not clear from context.
To my knowledge:
Anyone can state a 'truth' in blue. A blue truth can be true or false, but holds no inherent weight.
The game master can state a 'truth' in red. A red truth must be literally true, and is consequently linked to a blue truth that it confirms or denies.
I am unfamiliar with the rules that bind gold truths.
I wonder if Ashtaroth going to get dragged around time again if she manages to escape homura's attention for long enough, that would definitely have consequences.

[-] "I wish the witch that abducted Sayaka and Mami never existed!"

We could get some time-line shenanigans if this is the wish, but I prefer...

[X] "I wish that everyone who was taken by that witch was here with me now, alive and safe!" No, they're supposed to be here, they're you...
This is the wish with the least precise wording, lots of wiggle room.

First possibility, Mami/Candleloro wouldn't be affected at all, as even though she is a witch she wasn't subsumed, same with Charlotte, only Sayaka and Tira would be removed, maybe even Saar's magical girl form or even just her witch as well.

Second possibility, everyone other then ashtaroth is depowered by the wish as well as teleported, turning candleloro back into Mami, the same happening to Saar and Charlotte, with Sayaka and Tira just becoming normal girls like the rest.

And that's not even considering that the wish might effect homura as well.
With all that in mind, was this what you had in mind in terms of making those Colored Truths?
For the purpose of these truths, all wishes would be considered to be made by the Madoka Kaname such as exists in the canon of Subsumption (PMMM Faux-Quest) (Witch MC).
Homura Akemi in this story has the same Magical Girl powers as Homura Akemi does prior to the events of Rebellion in the canon work.
Ashtaroth will be dragged through time as a consequence of evading Homura Akemi's attention long enough in this iteration of Homura Akemi's time loop.
A Magical Girl contract with an Incubator with a wish worded as 'I wish the witch that abducted Sayaka and Mami never existed!' would retroactively modify the events of the timeline that led up to this point in Subsumption (PMMM Faux-Quest) (Witch MC).
A Magical Girl contract with an Incubator with a wish worded as 'I wish that everyone who was taken by that witch was here with me now, alive and safe!' would remove Sayaka and Tira from all effects and influence exerted upon them by the Witch Ashtaroth.
A Magical Girl contract with an Incubator with a wish worded as 'I wish that everyone who was taken by that witch was here with me now, alive and safe!' would not restore Candeloro to her state as Mami Tomoe, since she has been subsumed by the Witch Ashtaroth.
A Magical Girl contract with an Incubator wish a wish worded as 'I wish that everyone who was taken by that witch was here with me now, alive and safe!' would restore Saar to her former form as a Magical Girl.
A Magical Girl contract with an Incubator wish a wish worded as 'I wish that everyone who was taken by that witch was here with me now, alive and safe!' would remove Saar from her state of subsumption and restore her form as a Witch.
A Magical Girl contract with an Incubator wish a wish worded as 'I wish that everyone who was taken by that witch was here with me now, alive and safe!' will restore all entities who were ever affected by Ashtaroth to their state as a human being, alive, and safe as well as teleporting them to the location in which Madoka Kaname is currently present at other than Ashtaroth herself.

Well, I'm pretty sure the above truths won't be answered in the Colored Truth format; Usually if it is answered in such, it's because the QM said they would be doing so at the beginning of the Quest or Faux-Quest in question.

Seconded. No idea what's being talked about.
Someone decided to colour their text red. The problem is that writing stuff in red can mean something when connected to witches, apparently, so now there's a bit of confusion going on.

As best I can tell from my own experience in witch quests, (and a wiki page I just found) the different colours mean stuff: Text in red is apparently 'undeniably true'. I can't say I'm overly familiar with where that comes from, but I think it's referencing a detective game of some kind. I've never seen it being used in question form though. I've also never seen 'blue truth' or 'gold truth'.

Either way, I'm pretty sure 'red truth' only works when the QM uses it, seeing as the QM decides what is true or not.

It's an Umineko no Naku Koro ni thing. Here, here, and here. Be aware of spoilers for that series on those wiki pages, of course. It definetly doesn't have to do with everything witch related unless the GM or QM wants it to, or they're running an Umineko quest.

I'm honestly unsure why there's red text too, but I don't think they're using Red Truth. Going by their account name and icon, I think they might just be roleplaying. Either that, or their formatting fucked up—it certainly seems a little bit fucked up in the vote section of the post, at least.

I am looking forward to Ashtaroth and Kyoko working together to bring movie scenes to life, such as: badass gets skewered only to shove themselves forward until they are face to face with the opponent before triggering the respawn mechanic with a Terminator quote.

If we can get the sound synthesis under control...
A magical girl enters the centre of the barrier to confront the witch. They look out upon a landcape of roaming behemoths, endless roads lined with the colourfully-clothed and crucified, a night's sky, with stars replaced with eye, dozens of witch-like being dancing amidst the only reliable cover: hundreds of metres above the ground. Then, to the side, there is a cosy hut with soft (and tasty) furniture and a complete audio-visual entertainment system, a selection of all the latest and greatest media, and a delightful arrangement of tea and snacks.

Like, you could fight the witch... or just loaf around instead? The local recommend the latter, they had bad experiences with the former...

Fanart: Puella Magi Shemesh
So, some of you may remember the Puella Magi Ashtaroth that @Pheonix14 commissioned from kerubii a while back. Well, apparently that wasn't enough for her, because she also decided to commission a Puella Magi form for Shemesh... or rather, four separate forms thereof.

"We shall defend you to our dying breath, Master."

These designs were directly based on the forms showcased in the previous commission of Shemesh, as well as the in-joke this thread has occasionally cultivated about Shemesh essentially being Ashtaroth's butler (or, well, maid, at the moment). I'm once again impressed by how well kerubii managed to translate utterly inhuman features into magical girl outfits, and even if they'll almost certainly never be seen in the fic proper, I quite like all four of them. Here's hoping I'm not the only one!ヽ(✿゚▽゚)ノ

(...oh, and expect a LOT of art to be coming this thread's way in the near future. Believe me, this is just the tip of the iceberg.)

It's Best Planet Familiar!

*Ooooonnnnnnngggg*

The funniest thing I can actually see is why it happens in history. Ashtaroth neglects his best familiar, clearly preferring these strange familiars who don't even follow orders. Given that jealousy seems to be an important theme for Ashtaroth, Shemesh may well want to take on their guises in an attempt to gain more recognition.

Fanart: Puella Magi Ashtaroth Art Ensemble
As a follow up to those Puella!Shemesh images, how about some more Puella!Ashtaroth ones?

[x] You feel kind of strange today. Almost...

...anthropomorphic, oddly enough.

This batch of art comes courtesy of Squira130, Chokuletu, Ceronyms, riki444, and FlamLo, respectively, as well as @Pheonix14 again, who of course commissioned the original Puella Magi Ashtaroth design that these are all based on. This may not necessarily be what Ashtaroth actually looked like when she was still human, but I hardly think she'd complain if she did. :D

Still more to come! Just you wait! ✪ ω ✪

Second from the bottom is very nice, I have a soft spot for acrylics. That, and the vaguely haunted expression feels more Ashtaroth then the others.
